There’s supposed to be a non-compete clause in Kate’s divorce papers??? That is COMPLETELY ludicrous and just way too funny. Those are for hiring contracts, not divorces.
How could he ever inforce that? Does is say that if she competes the divorce isn’t valid? OMG!!! There is no justification or even a smidgen of reality for coming up with something like that. Do they think we are all mushrooms or lumps of coal or something? That really insults my intelligence.
