Somehow I have cloned myself and managed to log in twice as me. I was posting a note and it said I wasn’t authorized to post to the board and deleted my post, so I logged in again and now there’s 2 of me. Too bad it doesn’t work that way in real life. lol
Comment field is required = you MUST type something in the comments section when you hit reply.
The spam filter will require each poster to put something in the comments and not JUST a subject line. In fact, if you type less than 4 words it will reject your post.
Sorry, it’s just that most spammers use a specific pattern and we can usually discourage them pretty fast.
In fact, now that we have the spamblocker on, they are likely to move on to the next unuspecting group and leave us alone here. Once that happens we can relax the rules a bit more. Word gets out pretty quick in the spammer community when sites have detected and stopped them.
