I know some of the names that the initials stand for, but who do WR and JD stand for?

WR must mean Will Roberts, who was already out of there, and JD must be Jack Devereaux. Thank God they do not seem to be bringing Daniel Jonas after Brady received his heart, that would be ghoulish.

Cuz you know I put that scene into SLOW MOTION LOL….

WR – Could be Will Roberts but I think it stood for Whilem Rolf (since that was his office/lab.)

JD – Jack Deveraux

VA – Vivian Alamain

AD – Andre DiMera

AV – Ava Vitali (odd choice…)

Obviously ED was EJ DiMera.

There was also a SD shown towards to the end of the images…. Stefano DiMera? Who else was SD?

It never crossed my mind that it would be Jack Devereaux. It seemed to me that many of the names were people who were bad guys.
