…so don’t know how authentic it is but, a spoiler there said that Hope’s alter ego is a side-effect of the sleeping pills she has become addicted to.  Apparently, IRL, things like that can happen.  People have even been caught driving a car while under the influence of certain sleeping pills.   Yikes!

with Dr. Baker and that is what was said.  It was on my Comcast netpage.

they talked about a man who drove for 4 hours asleep after he took Ambian.  When he woke up, he had to ask what town he was in.  He did not remember the drive, but was really scared after he awoke and learned what he had done.

Hope’s sleeping pills were not named, but apparantly, some are bad stuff for some people.

I hope it will raise awareness to the dangers of some of these drugs.  I think most people take them like it’s no big deal, and I understand that sometimes it’s necessary, but a lot of people think that just because their doctor prescribed them and the FDA approved it, it must be safe.  They can really wreak havoc on lives!

I took a low-dose Ambien last night after not sleeping for several nights.  I wonder what "Night Annieo" did?  I hope I had fun, because day Annieo is pretty stiff from sanding the front hallway floor!

and I couldn’t wake up the next day.  In spite of copious amounts of coffee, it was almost 2:00 in the afternoon until I was actually fully alert.  No thanks to that stuff.  I find a glass of wine about 10:00 p.m. works wonders.

due to extreme pain from a very bad car accident and have been taking Ambien or Ambien CR (since it came out) for ten years (and before that other sleep aids) – I get a total of about four to six hours of sleep with it which is better than the alternative of not sleeping due to the pain.  The worst that I have ever done on Ambien just once is have a mid-night snack, (either that my dogs) put a dish and a glass in my sink that night.  I think it just depends on the person like with taking anything, I have a friend that cannot take asprin or have a glass of wine because she’s so sensitive, but I know it’s been a God-send to me in order to sleep just a few hours at night.  If I don’t take it, I’m awake and in pain all night.
