Yes EJ was a cad for what he did.
Didn’t Sami sleep around on Rafe when they were together and with EJ no less?
She has had more sinful wrongdoings than most yet coming off as lily white and pure as the driven snow is hardly rationale for her tirade and revenge mode. I know they are trying to make her vindictive as she makes her exit and gives her reason for this, but she should look in the mirror and see what stares back.
I still feel sorry for Abby….Yes she was a willing partner here but the vendetta to ruin her goes way overhead especially where Sami is concerned.
But then again most people in Salem seem above sin no matter what they have done in the past and few people could ever admit to being without some character flaw for something done in the past.

I disagree where Abby is concerned. They act like she was coerced. She wasn’t. She went after him, even after he told her it was over. She knew exactly what she was doing. She knew that they had kids together. She knew that they were a family. I think the people of Salem are giving her too much of a break and are being WAY too forgiving of her. She needs to feel some of the hurt that she’s caused.

Princess Abigail is simply not this young, naïve girl who was trapped into the situation she now faces. But, I’m sure she’ll come out smelling like a rose after a couple of weeks, and that’s just too damn bad, because she deserves to suffer as much as E.J. and Sami are suffering, especially since E.J. told her to move on more than once and that he does not now, nor did he ever, love her in that way, yet she keeps coming back hoping for him to change his mind. She gets no sympathy from me; not now…not ever.

I’m not the biggest EJ fan, but Abigail is far from innocent. After the first time in the cabin, she was the pursuer. She followed I’m into the shower. She even said something to EJ about not being able to stay away from him. I think at one time she was having such wild thoughts that many of us on the board thought that she was going to be a stalker. She still thinks about their trysts and I don’t think she’s quite gotten him out of her system.
Abigail was not coerced in any way in this relationship. As a matter of fact as I recall in the beginning she was the one all hot and panting over EJ during their conversation, and in some ways seemed to assume he was going to have sex with her to shut her up in my point of view and let him know she would be inclined to go along, so please don’t try to sell her to me as some poor little thing who got taken in by big, bad EJ DiMera. She knew who and what she was dealing with and jumped right in with both feet.
I am not saying Abby is innocent because she is NOT,. where I have my concerns is that Sami is going after the woman that her man had sex with, I have always thought it was so unbecoming as a woman to get in a fight with the other woman because she slept with her man. Sami had the right to slap the sh*t out of Abby and let her know how she felt and also let her family know what she has done, but Sami main goal should be EJ, Abby did not tell Sami that she had changed, Abby did not tell Sami that she loved her… EJ did … I would feel like a fool going after a woman that slept with my Man she did not take his ‘stuff’ out of his pants he did … Sami is acting no different than the woman on Jerry Spinger (missed spelled? ) that is my point …. I do want Sami to get upset and act crazy with Abby and she did, but now its time for her to direct that anger at EJ he is the one that told her the lies over and over again, to me this is Sami of the old days and Sami of the old days did stupid things that she will regret later and that’s where she is headed now.. It time Sami grow up and act like an adult, I’d like to see that before she leaves. I know I will get a lot of Sh*t from you guys but this is just my opinion.
I agree with you 100 percent, Maxine. I posted basically the same thing last week in another thread. EJ, Sami’s fiance, cheated on her so she should be angrier with him. Of course she can yell and rant all she wants at Abigail and she would certainly deserve it but EJ was the one cheating on Sami. Abigail gets no pass from me for what she did as she knew exactly what she was doing but Sami’s revenge plot against her is insane. Sami has children and for her to be behaving like this is scary. It may come back to bite her in the butt.
And maxine, nobody should give you sh*t for your opinion because it is your opinion and nobody has a right to bash somebody else for having one. It is, after all, only a show and we all have a right to voice our opinion of characters in a show without being bashed for it.
I think what she has done to EJ is probably a lot worse than what she has done to Abby (at least so far). I mean let’s face it what Abby did would have gotten around Salem anyway because, after all, no secret lasts long in Salem, LOL. And while yes, EJ cheated on Sami, Abigail knew he was engaged and to whom. It takes two to tango, is my point, and no man can cheat unless another woman is willing. So in that regard she bears as much responsibility as EJ for what happened. Now he was engaged to Sami and promised to love her forever and nothing would ever come between them, blah, blah, blah so on that level it makes it worse. But Abby, just as bad in my book, because she knew he was engaged to someone else.
Just because I might have a different opinion than yours and say so doesn’t mean I am giving you SH**, just means I can voice my opinion too! Agreeing to disagree is what keeps this board lively.
through all of this because I knew E.J. was playing her all the while. He never claimed he was not in love with Sami; as a matter of fact, he always told Abbey that there was no one for him but Sami. But, when it reached the point when Abigail blatantly offered to be his mistress, knowing the man was engaged to Sami, had children with Sami, and still planned on marrying Sami, that made Abbey the pathetic piece of trash in my eyes. So, yes, I’m glad Sami’s getting her revenge. I just hope it’s not over. And if truth be told, E.J. is getting a hell of a lot more of Sami’s wrath than Abigail got, and yet she’s still visiting E.J. in jail. Talk about pathetic …. and that’s my opinion on this whole stupid storyline.
