that Daniel DOES know, just not who she cheated with.  Then, it would make sense that he switched the test knowing that he was not the father but wanted Chloe so badly, loved her so intensely, that he was willing to forgive her and take the chance that it was a one-night stand and he was willing to raise someone else’s child just so he could have Chloe.  So, maybe he does know; however, even Melanie and Carly don’t realize that she cheated with Philip, which, when it is revealed, will open Pandora’s Box for sure.  And, I think the one who will figure it all out and reveal it will be none other than Nicole, who just seems to be pumping Philip a little too much lately.  We all know Nikki is not just some dumb ho’ …… she’s a smart ho’ …… and unlike Stephanie, who has everything to lose, the only interest Nicole has is the deception to Daniel by her BFF infidel …. but, hell, that’s never stopped Nicole from workin’ it to her advantage, and I doubt that it will now either.

some times what I type doesn’t come out very clearly as to what I wanted  to say.  Chloe cheated on Lucas with Daniel, but she cheated on Daniel with Phillip is what I meant.  And since she has cheated more than once that makes her a serial cheater.  I really don’t think any of what ever she thought her reasons were can at all validate "cheating".  Once she thought that she had feelings for Dan, she should have broken it off with Lucas, yet she continued to see Daniel.  We all know what happened with Danny/Phillip.

It makes no difference to me morally that they weren’t married in either cheating episode.  Heck, even Chloe felt so much guilt and angst at cheating on both of them.  That is all that she’s been going on about for the past two years in most of her scenes.
