    Taylor has a record and is working at the Salem Police Department and they didnt’ do a background check and find her arrest record? Totally LAME.

    I work for the Dept of Justice where I live and thats the first thing they did when they hired me was do a background check!

    lurking around the main room of the police station trying to listen in to Bo and Hope’s conversations. They should at least notice that since she looks so suspicious.

    Same here….I work in Law Enforcement and they not only do a background check before they hire, they do one about once every other year or so….just to keep ya honest!

    It took Nicole a couple of hours on the internet and the Salem PD just hired her no questions asked. Did she even turn in a resume and go to an interview? I wish getting a job was that easy.

     it is a matter of ‘who’ you know, and not how qualified you are.  If you have the right ‘connection’, you are in.

    You have to give a background check just to volunteer at the YMCA.
