I’ve been been using R.I.C.E. all day but I think I’m going to go in and get" a cortisone shot. This one is REALLY bad. I can’t even straighten my arm out. The funny thing is, I haven’t the slightest idea where it came from. I’ve been doing a lot of crocheting but that doesn’t hurt when I do it so I doubt it’s from that. <scratching head> Old age????? Nah!
I’m a bit behind on the show…but I read in Soap opera that Stephanie confides in Adrianne, and Stephanie realizes what she’s doing is unfair and is remorseful about it. Adrianne suggests she take this pill to prevent pregnancy, BUT if she’s already pregnant it will not harm the fetus.
And about Caroline "allowing" what goes on behind closed doors….I think she just gives each their own privacy.
Yep, the tennis elbow (tendonitis) CAN be from the crocheting. I knit a lot and have problems like this all the time. Especially if I’m using very fine yarn and tiny needles. But I’m like you…I refuse to give it up. I think I have more sweaters and wool socks than most department stores.
I have the same problem this AM–I think mine is from my over zealous work-outs with weights. Going to rest it today and hopefully it will be better tomorrow.
They can’t give cortosone shots so I’m waiting to see if I can get in to the orthopaedist. If not, they told me to go to emergency. This one REALLY hurts, girls. I guess I’m being punished for something.
I suffer from it too….and my son is a baseball pitcher so he does as well. Most miserable pain…and not a lot can be done. Rest may help us all. Hope it feels better soon!

Maybe when Kayla comes back for Alice she can take Stephanie with her when she leaves OR if Lucas is only back short term he and Stephanie can hook up. After all he’s not related to her, then he can take her back to China with him.
