Sorry honey, no sympathy for her. Trusting Deimos after what he did to Maggie? Selling Chloe down the river without even giving a heads up? Shocker he got all vengeful and self righteous. She would be better off with Dario or Rafe. Actually she should be alone for a while. Focus on a career in journalism or business since she has had experience in both. Then maybe she could adopt. Maybe not because of her shady past. She should at least pursue something less desperate than always running after a man. I would really like to see Marlena get to work and shrink the hell out of all the residents of Salem. So much great material there. They all need some couch time.
her own worst enemy. As much as I dislike Deimos, he was pretty darn right in everything he said to her today. She should have expected it; but, no, she let herself fall right into a trap that, honestly, she set herself. Now she’s going to pay for it dearly, and so will Chloe. Can’t say I’m sorry for her either. That being said, great acting by these two characters today!
I thought today’s show was strong all around. Nicole should have either refused to keep Chloe’s secret or kept her word and zipped it. What did she think would happen? That Deimos would just let it go? That he wouldn’t be after bear with Chloe? How was telling him now doing any good except relieve Nicole’s conscience?
I thought, as far as we know, Chloe isn’t really pregnant with his baby. Is that still the case?
Also, I agree with you. As much as Nicole is my favorite character and the reason I still watch, she had this coming.
Was this the show’s way of explaining what really happened that day at the doctor’s office when Chloe led everyone to believe there was a third guy involved (other than Deimos and Phillip)? It seemed to come out of nowhere. And, I can’t believe after all of Chloe’s worry about Deimos finding out, that Nicole would rat her out. Guess that’s the last time Chloe will confide a secret in her.
I always thought somehow Kate lied to both Philip and Chloe about not being able to change the test, but she was still killing two birds with one stone. Chloe was getting her falsified test indicating that Deimos was not the father, but Kate, unbeknownst to both Chloe and Philip, also made it so the test would show that Philip couldn’t be the father either. Now, siddenly we are to believe it was the doctor all along that falsified the test, at Chloe’s request. When did this happen???? Whoever wrote this one should be shown the door, along with Chloe Lane and her baby. I never cared for Chloe to begin with, and this certainly makes me not care even more about her. But, now, Deimos will drag her back to Salem and here we go, all over again. I’m looking for these writers to find ways to end these ridiculous sls, not drag them back on the canvas. No wonder this show is losing ratings at lightening speed.
But didn’t Chloe have an "Oh no" moment where it seemed like she had a secret? Like it was some other guy? This whole thing has been executed very poorly.
except for that big rant about "honesty" in their relationship. Uh, where is Xander? That’s a pretty big secret to be keeping from your "soulmate".
What was her stupid "ah-ha" moment all about then?! Ugh this show is literally on my last nerve. lol
But anything that keeps Deimos and Nicole apart, works for me. I absolutely hate them together, especially because Deimos is still a scummy schemer. Letting Xander go and claiming he killed him has to be the lowest thing ever. I don’t trust Xander to stay out of the way and now we can all expect to see him again.
moment where she said something like "oh no, it must be…" ALso Soap OPera Digest fall preview said that everyone will be shocked by the father of Chloe’s baby so… Did Nicole ever find out that Kate supposedly didn’t have time to get the results switched, I can’t remember. If not then she probaly does still believe that Deimos is the father because Chloe wouldn’t spill, right?
and Deimos stink: she keeps the daddy news from him and it’s the end of the world for him since they are to keep no secrets. But it’s perfectly okay for him to lie about Xander being dead to Nicole and the rest of Salem. Stupid.
