For a positive critique of fashion on the show, I’ve really loved some of the necklaces that Kristian has been wearing lately. She has been layering strands of different lengths and textures, usually in 3’s. Love the look. Does anyone know if they are from her own jewelry line.

I think Sami the other day was wearing Hope’s line of earings too.
I love the jewelry and the clothes that Hope, Melanie, Stephanie, Sami, and Nicole wear. Sometimes I am so focused on what the actors are wearing that I can hardly pay attention to what they are saying. I wish there were a website that told where to buy each episode’s items!
I have the Fleur De Leis (SP?) earrings that Hope has on that site. They are very nice. There’s a lot of really pretty stuff on the site. It’s a bit overpriced but still very pretty. All the stuff she wears regularly is on there.
She wears them with a lot of different outfits and they always look good on her – either in jeans or dressup!
Yes, I’ve seen Sami wearing the fleur de lis earrings too. I really like them.
I also love Hope’s wardrobe. Everything she wears is very stylish, tasteful, and flatering. I always liked Marlena’s and Maggie’s too. Must be because we’re of a similar age although so is Kate and Viv and we all know what we think of THEIR selections!!!
Sami, sometimes yes, sometimes no. They seem to try to put her in overly-low cut tops too often. Sami’s a little too well endowed for that (same with Chloe). But I rarely like Melanie’s outfits. Probably because they’re geared too much toward the younger set for me, although Mia’s are just fine.
Now who I really like is EJ’s wardrobe. When my son was visiting me I would always ask him, "Look at that shirt, do you like that one?" He’d go, "Yes, mom, very nice."
Such a good boy!Yes, Hope is and always has been a classy looking lady, well put together with a great sense of style. And you are so correct Bonbon, Maggie and Marlena the same way – style over substance. All three of those ladies I would go to their closets way before Kate and Vivy’s. K&V have some expensive clothes – it’s how they put them together than makes them outrageous, because they are beautiful women. 57 and 69 years old (?), could have knocked me over with a feather – I would have taken five years off both of them, so I would take their esthetician and makeup people in a heartbeat (not their hairdresser though)!
Mel and the other kids are dressing just like the kids do – (maybe even better – they have wardrobe people) – It’s a different era too than when I was going up so as long as they don’t have their pants down around their hips or lower, I actually think most of the teens in the show have a good style for the age group as you said.
As for the men, EJ, and Rafe can walk down my fashion runway anytime – handsome devils that they are. Bo too, although, he’s got to lose that one black jacket with the epaulets on it and Bo please quit holding beer bottles the way that you do Bo – no cool guy I have ever seen, from a Harley rider to a pilot has held a beer bottle the way you do.
How does he hold the beer bottle? I never noticed anything weird. I am curious now. I will have to check it out.
He holds the two fingers – can’t explain it – you’ll have to catch it – but it’s truly different. The only YouTube video I could find quick for ya to see is: (scence where Carly breaks in to Bo/Hope’s house)
I cannot believe I never noticed that. Very strange. It makes me think he isn’t much of a beer drinker in real life.
I’m not a drinker of the beverage either, (even though I lived in Germany for many years – where it’s like water for many people), but even so, I’ve just never seen anyone hold a beer bottle like that – novice or pro. It’ just drives me to drink (
) every time I see him do that.the way Bo steps into a chair and holds his beer bottles IS Bo. I don’t want him to change those characteristics. And I have seen several actors in movies ‘copy’ Bo’s moves…. which go way, way, way back in time!!
