Sami and Eric could have gone to school in Colorado. As far as we know, she’s lived in Salem all her life. I don’t remember them ever being "away."
There IS that unexplained time when Marlena and John were on their honeymoon that she advanced about 10 years in age, but, unless they were in school in Colorado while Marlena was still in Salem, I don’t know how they can expect us to buy that. But, Marlena remembered Madison from school so…
Just another small annoyance for me.
they had the twins off screen for quite a while and then when Sami returned she was a teenager played by Allison Sweeney. Eric took longer to come back if I remember correctly. Sami was then involved in the Austin story. I do remember them mentioning the kids staying with Marlena’s parents. Interesting that her parents haven’t been mentioned since so I wonder if we are to believe they have passed or what?
there is a character coming on played by Ian Bucchanan (sp?), he used to be on B&B as someone involved with Taylor Forrester and maybe on GH. He’s either Scottish or British (has an accent), is old enough to be around John’s age. He’s supposed to be the head behind her cosmetics’ company and will come on next year. I’m not sure how he is controlling things since she sold the company to Brady but that is what it said. I wonder if he’ll be involved in a ‘get Stefano/John/Victor’ type story.
now I remember. Sami had run away from Colorado when she first showed up in Salem. Thanks for the memory jog. But that still doesn’t explain how Marlena remembered Madison from school.

Bold and the Beautiful and All My Children. He’s 54 years old and will play a character named Ian McAlister on Days beginning in February. He’s Scottish.
at award shows and on ET and such. And I love that Scottish accent…better than the Brit or Irish.
I don’t know how he could be the head of Mad Cosmetics though when Madison has consistently said it is "HER" company and she doesn’t want to give up any control of it. That would negate everything she’s been spouting since she came to Salem.
