    I kind of like him. He does have the Southern charm thing going for him.

    the mini-series North and South? That’s where I first saw JR, playing a southern soldier and very handsome and charming.

    I LOVED North and South – James Reade AND Patrick Swayze!

    James read played the northerner from PA and Swayze was the southerner. STARZ sometimes plays the series. I rewatched and bought a copy. I really enjoy it.

    and my first recollection of JR was from Charmed, where he played the father of the three sisters. Although he’s playing a skeezeball role on DOOL, I can’t help but enjoy seeing Kate finally come up with some good competition. Seems he has her right where he wants her.

    about his being on North and South. My sister loaned me that mini series on DVD, so I need to get it out and watch it!

    I think because Clyde’s drawl is in my head, that slipped my mind. For all who haven’t seen the mini-series, I think you’d enjoy it.

    What a great show that was (well seasons 1-5, parts of 7 and season 8… season 6 was a mess LOL)

    He was the recast Victor – I just watched a rerun yesterday of Charmed.  :)
