Access Hollywood or whatever that show is/was Billy Bush and some woman whose name I don’t know. They turned everything around, the 12 o’clock news is going to be on at 11 now, then Days.
The only thing I can say in favor of the 12 o’clock air time is that I was always annoyed that Days was being interrupted for Presidential news conferences, which ALWAYS happened at 1, LOL. and then it was shown on some strange station at some ungodly hour so at least now maybe I won’t miss so many episodes.
Matt Lauer from The Today Show, so I don’t know what the time change in New York is about, but I don’t think it has anything to do with DAYS being canceled….at least nothing has been announced to that effect. I did read some unauthenticated posts by these phoney news bulletins saying something like the cast has already been notified, but until I see it in black and white from the show, or from Corday Productions, SONY or even NBC itself, I choose not to believe a word of it. If we don’t get a renewal before May sweeps, though, I will begin to have doubts. Don’t think for a minute that there are not phony DOOL social media sites posting false bulletins as well, because there are. I think we should all wait for something more concrete before we start worrying about DOOL being canceled.
That a time shift happened in one of the BIGGEST television markets. But maybe it’s nothing.
The WIN here (aside from the aforementioned 1:00 PM presidential interruptions not being an issue) is that DOOL won’t go head to head w/the 2nd half of YR and BB. Maybe people will watch the first half and flip to YR – bolstering the ratings? Who knows.
