Days has the hottest guys in daytime! I’m not into the younger ones, Chad, Will, Nathan, but even they are cute guys if you’re a young girl. I get frustrated by the storylines often, but it’s those gorgeous men that keep me tuned in!
Nah, Rafe just doesn’t float my boat. I think because he’s so calm and accepting. He looks like a hurt puppy when Sami screams like a shrew at him and wanders away with his tail between his legs. In real life, that’s okay, but in my soaps I like dashing pirates. The types who sweep a women off her feet, romance and seduce, who are flawed yet dashingly confident and who save the day with finesse. Most of the time for me, Rafe looks like he would just shrug and say "okay" to anything Sami dished out and who would save the day by finding an accounting error rather than fighting dragons or running into a burning building. For this reason, Rafe to me is not hot. Perhaps if they had written the character to be "dashing and dastardly pirate mode" I’d get it.
I think EJ would make an excellent dashing and dastardly pirate! He could sweep me off my feet anyway.
That’s an interesting comment about Rafe and one I didn’t realize until you put it in writing, but I think you hit the nail on the head with his demeanor. Not that I don’t like Rafe, I do, but he is kind of milque toast when it comes to Sami. In fact, some times I wish he’d just really let her have it. Geeze, she really walks all over him and doesn’t realize what she has.
I have never liked Phillip, but I love Rafe and EJ! So wierd that I like one guy you like, but not the other and you don’t agree with me on Rafe. I like Dr. Dan, but never thought about Lucas. But an odd one for me? Jack. lol
Sorry gals, John or Bo have never really done it for me, but again, I am younger, so maybe that is it. I never saw them in their "young" days.
