Since Gabi and Stefan were such a hit with the fans, I thought that was why they brought the actor who played Stefan back on the show, even if it meant that he would play another character (Jake). But now, Jake is involved with Kate and Gabi is nowhere to be seen. She came back from Mexico and then promptly disappeared, even during the holidays. Anyone know when she is scheduled to be back in the picture?
Well the actress just posted that she has COVID so who knows now. I also don’t understand the timeline of events. They bring Jake back and then they let Gabi go? She was brought back with Rafe after taping resumed, but she wasn’t supposed to be brought back originally, that wasn’t the plans.
Hope she recovers ok. I haven’t heard of any of the other cast members getting sick, so hope it stays that way. Guess they are all lying pretty low to stay safe.
So Camilla Banus recently got engaged. She went to FL for an engagement party, while she was not working, and got Covid. So no one on set has had contact with her. They are currently on a two week break for the holidays, but the governor of CA has called for an additional two week break from filming because of rising Covid cases in CA. Therefore, Camilla should be recovered from Covid before filming resumes.
As for her character, I heard she was supposed to be back by the New Year. However, that didn’t happen. I do hope they’ll dump this Jake and Kate storyline soon. They have no chemistry and I’m just kind of grossed out by the whole thing. I think in the end, Jake and Gabi will be back together, but the writers are dragging their feet. I assume it’s to get through the yuckier storyline of Gwen and Chad.
I agree that Kate/Jake is gross. It’s getting tiring that Kate MUST sleep with anyone with a Y chromosone. With all the sleeping around she does, she should have had numerous STDs.
are a bigger farce than Kate and Rafe. Enough of the cougar sls for Kate. She needs to set those claws out for Roman if she must have a man.
Better yet she could show a woman does not NEED a man to have a complete and happy life. Singleness is good too.
The only time I ever liked Kate was the brief time she was with Roman. I’ve always been surprised that Kate would ever want to sleep with Vivian’s son.
Kate is indiscriminate about bed partners…the only requirements seem to be not family and a y chromosone
