curious to find out how this season is going. I have not heard one word about the contestants. Is anyone leading the pack?

I like the judges this year. In my opinion, they are the best so far from all the seasons. They really give helpful feedback, especially Harry Connick, Jr. As far as the contestants go, I’m not wild about any of them, but I really do like Alex, Jena, and CJ. Sam is ok, too. I’m not a fan of the other three. I haven’t been following it closely enough to know which may be in trouble, but do know that CJ has been in the bottom three before and Sam was eliminated one week and then saved.

I think AI is on its way out … I do not have any Fav’s this year , I do not plan on voting this year, heck I forgot to even watch it last night, this may the last year for it , don’t think they are getting the ratings they need to stay on the air, sad but true there are other singing show that are better than AI, at one time AI was the show to watch but I think ‘the Voice’ is now a better singing show.

Jena and Caleb. I don’t now what the judges see in C.J. He’s off-key half the time, and the other times he can’t hit the high notes. Caleb is the rocker, but he is very good IMO. I agree the show is fizzling out, though. Love Harry Connick, Jr. I think he’s the best judge they’ve ever had and the most helpful to these kids, but even the talent is going down from prior years. AI cannot compare to The Voice, which really brings the talent every season. Always tough, tough choices as to who to keep and who to release.

I think that Jenna, Caleb and Sam will be the final three.  I keep hoping Sam will win, but Caleb is a little more on top, as Sam is very shy and won’t relate to the audience enough.

Harry Connick is gold!  I’ve said it before, and I think he is the best asset ever, as a judge.  I tune in just to see him, lol.  The other two judges get along with him, and the show is more entertaining all by itself because of the addition of that type of camaraderie.  Keith Urban is funny (in a nice way) to look at, with his cute facial expresions when the contestants sing.

The contestents, in my opinion, are very good, but I noticed as the eliminations went, the voices seemed to dwindle (maybe it’s just me, and maybe they’re trying too hard to come up with good song choices.)  I’m glad that the three I mentioned are still there. however.  I hope Caleb or Sam wins, but I wouldn’t mind if Jena wins, either.

I don’t think he has the talent or the stage presence to win over the strength of either Caleb or Jena., and I’m hoping the final battle will be between these two. The one I can’t see what the judges or the voting audience sees in him is Alex. He always looks like he has to go to the bathroom when he performs, and all I hear when he sings is Tiny Tim.

is that Caleb will win it all.  He has the voice and he rocks!

Sam all that much at first, but he is definitely growing on me–I especially liked his songs last night. These top 5 are all so good, that it is hard to pick one, but one contestant has stood out for me from the start and that is Alex. He is quirky, but oh so different from the others. His songs really seem heart-felt and he always puts an interesting twist on them. I hope he isn’t voted off tonight, but if he is, then I guess I’ll root for Jena or Sam.
