Casey, I thought you’d like to know the noon local sports show is giddy over the prospect of the Bills cleaning New England’s clock next season.
April 23, 2020 at 11:11 pm #57094caseyParticipantto God’s ears! But I never underestimate Bill Belechick.
So it looks like the Brady/Gronk combo is back. Tampa will sure be interesting this fall – IF/HOPE there is FB.
Meanwhile, looking forward to the draft even though Buffalo has no 1st round choice.
Good luck everyone!!April 26, 2020 at 2:24 pm #57097caseyParticipantWas happy with the Bills choices. But downright shocked when they took Georgia QB Jake From!! He was thought to go high second round yet dropped to the 4th. This could be interesting should Josh Allen falter – Buffalo is no stranger to QB controversies.
Power Paw, what did you think of the Pack taking Jordan Love? Didn’t expect that one! I heard Rogers had a nice welcome to the rookie, but how does he really feel?
Did anyone catch the Siberian Husky sitting all business-like in Belechick’s chair when the Pats’ choices were made? Then Bill comes in, gives Nike a nose pump and a biscuit and leaves. I thought it was nhilarious!April 26, 2020 at 9:04 pm #57101powerpaw2ParticipantBut hey, there hasn’t been a good backup since well, Aaron. Whenever Aaron goes down, the season goes downhill. Aaron isn’t going to change his style, so preparing for a possible injury is a smart move IMHO. Hopefully Aaron will stay healthy a couple of years and Love can learn from him.
I’m happy with the Jags first pick as the secondary was porous last year. Not picking a QB until late tells me the front office is putting their faith in Minshew.
BTW, right now I’m watching the replay of the GB-NE Super Bowl XX. I’m getting chills typing this!
April 27, 2020 at 3:18 pm #57104PattiParticipantwith the Ravens’ picks. Actually, we were rated third for best picks in the entire draft, and I am thrilled with Eric DeCosta’s knowledge and decision-making on who, what and where the strength of our needs were decided on who was picked, when to trade up or down, and who got to pic before us. Love your decisions, Eric DeCosta, you have made this fan extremely excited to watch closely on their fight to perform and win their jobs with the Baltimore Ravens. What a terrific draft for the Ravens, plus some vert impressive new weapons for Lamar, as well as our head coaches, by some very intelligent, talented, knowledgable people in our front office. Can’t wait to get started!!!! GO RAVENS!!!!!
