that Stefano said to EJ, " I CAN make you pay for what you have done!" He did not say "I WILL make you pay", so what do you think that Stefano has in store for EJ?

Well since I am a day ahead I’ll let you know what’s going on so far. He plays a tape of Anna saying that she was working for EJ and tells EJ Anna didn’t trust him and kept her own proof of who she was working for. EJ threatens to send Stefano to the loony bin and says that no one will believe him. Stefano says he is going to see Sami and Rafe. He wants the truth and then EJ admits he was behind the kidnapping. Stefano asks for what has been denied to him for so long. I believe that means he wants to see Sydney and Johnny. That will definitely cause a kink in EJ’s plans to win over Sami. A changed EJ would not want his kids around Stefano so maybe this will wake Sami up and perhaps make Rafe connect the dots.
to see Stefano make EJ squirm and ‘toe the line’ for a while. I have missed the strong, powerful Stefano of the past. So come on Stefano, show EJ who is really in control!
Yeah, I know, I am fickle; but I like Stefano. lol

and that’s his main plan right now. E.J. knows that Stefano can blow him out of the water, with Rafe, with Sami, with the crime itself, and E.J. will be a defeated man, and Stefano wants him to realize that before he does anything at all. I like seeing E.J. squirm, even though he will come up with another plan when Stefano gives him one hour to bring Johnny and Sydney to the mansion. How will E.J. do that without making Sami lose it? Want to know?????

He lies (surprise, surprise) and tells Sami that he wants to take the children to see their grandfather, because STEFANO IS DYING!
My response would have been: "and I should care, because……?" LOL
returns, (not Mr. Nice Stefi who we have see up to a few days ago), and he plays with EJ like a cat with a mouse…and then lowers the boom on EJ in typical Stefano fasion.
I don’t think that Stefano will neutralize EJ completely, because EJ is part of la Famiglia but Stefano will remind EJ in no uncertain terms who’s the Boss.
I agree. Stephano doesn’t need to go to extremes like he did with Tony and stowe him away on an island for 20 years. Tony didn’t want to follow in his father’s footsteps and take over the family business so he was a threat to Stephano. EJ on the other hand wants to run it all, the good and the shady side of the DiMera empire so Stephano’s got a lot to work with when it comes to neutralizing and reining him in.
I’d have that same reaction. I could care less if "he is dying" and would tell EJ to keep the kids away from him. But, EJ is the master manipulator, so I’m not surprised Sami goes along with it. He certainly works his magic on her. Of course, if I were her and EJ was there, right in front of me, I don’t think he’d have to do a lot of persuading to get me to do anything.
