Sigh…I hope they recast for SL purposes, but can they reproduce the chemistry???

and I’ve seen other boards suspecting her departure as well. These young actresses seldom stay past their 4-year term with a soap. Looking for bigger and better things, I imagine. KM is pretty good, but this does not surprise me.
if this it the right move for her. After all, many youngsters decided to leave and never really make it. I am using character names to ma ke it easier to recognize the actor—Chloe, Melanie, Gabby all left and returned. Marlena, Hope, Roman, original Belle all left and even had nighttime tv shows but all ended up back on Days.
I am sure the young ones are hopeful to making it big and want to do it while they are popular, but most don’t make it. One actor who made the grade is Jensen Ackles who moved from days as Eric to Supernatural star now in season 11. However, most don’t make the leap well.

through May, but no word yet on her exit sl. I just know that’s around the same time that we see Matt Ashford return as Jack Devereaux for at least 5 epis, so I’m thinking he will somehow be involved. Guess it depends on how they continue to write for Chad and the DiMeras, but I would not be disappointed in there was no recast for a while.
Hope did the same. She actually had a stint on a nighttime soap, but once that was done she ended up coming back to days.
But it was a bust. I’m convinced that a soap opera does not necessarily make for a successful career in primetime or movies.
It is ironic because a soap opea actor has to learn a great deal more lines for one day of shooting than nighttime TC r Film actors. Also most soaps tke on take and really don’t like to reshoot a scene.
Nadia was also in one feature film, but has done much since then.
I think that it is too bad that the day time actors are treated like second class cause they actually work much harder than prime time counterparts.
