If this time jump is supposed to cut the taping schedule from 6 months to 2-3 then how can it be exactly a year later? Are they going to continue to speed up time again? What’s the point of making it exactly one year later? This would mean they would still be taping Christmas in summer etc. Is the idea that they scrapped a bunch of crappy stories and just skipped ahead? I like the idea of the time jump and the mysteries unfolding over the course of many months. I hope they don’t rush to explain everything too quickly.
They’re going on hiatus for several months, and that’s going to change the taping schedule. The time jump is just to wrap up some stories quickly and then they’ll go on hiatus.

That we did not have to watch Kristen clutching her belly and going hysterical about the pregnancy over and over and over and over etc again.
