Why oh why are they going here? We all know that Abigail is returning so why do they have to start this? Where does it leave JJ?
Also if Abigail is the love of Chad’s life, why is he flirting with Gabby? Why do writers feel that no one can be alone?
Abby has been gone so briefly, Chad grieving and caring for his son and he’s going to be interested in Gabi? This takes away from the character for me and I have no interest in this pairing. Maybe if Abs were truly gone but not this way. I so agree that not every person needs to be in a relationship.
And of course with this duo trapped together…It has NOT been that long since Abby "died" and just a week or so ago he was grieving so bad he had to have help with Thomas. …. This is so false to the storyline of just a few weeks ago. I think we can tolerate him not being in a relationship, in fact I love it when someone says they really don’t want to be involved right now. Strong people do not need to be in a relationship every moment of their life, and lots of folks make some pretty bad choices just because they think they need to have someone, anyone right now. And what about Gabi and JJ?

it’s so obvious that the plan is a) a triangle of JJ/Gabi/Chad, and then, b) just when either JJ gets fed up and breaks it off, or her and Chad begin to have real feelings toward each other —- BOOM, Abigail returns. Perfect example of stories being plot driven instead of character driven.
So is this new storyline the product of the "new" writing team? So far, we have had a big increase on flashbacks and recycled stories!!

Chad and Gabi have history – and while I agree it’s a bit rushed… it’s ENTIRELY plausible these two would connect. Especially since JJ is a tool
And on another thread someone said Chad looked flabby – i dunno about that. He has a nice chest and a REAL body. I’d take that over Ben’s body any day!!!
but believe me when I tell you I was never an Abigail fan. To the contrary; and I’m sorry I have to agree with the "slightly" flabby tummy on Billy Flynn. However, it was slight and nothing to take away from his looks; because the eyes have it all the way. But seriously? Robert Wilson (Ben), please, the body on that man should be bronzed in death and put on display for the world to see. LOL! Gabi and JJ make me get up out of my seat and make something to eat when they are on; that’s how interesting they are to me.
I will take Chad’s flab over Ben’s over the top abs any day of the week. He looks like a real guy not someone vapid who spends all day in the gym. Just a matter of taste I guess. I also would rather see him with Gabbi than Ciera.
