for a long time. The night that Kate called Sami to say that EJ was planning on taking the kids, those kids were safely tucked away at The Pub. How was he going to barge in there and take them? Carolyn would have had Bo and Roman on his butt in a heart beat. And if Sami was so concerned about her kids, what was she doing rolling around in Rafe’s bed at Rafe’s place!? She should have been with her kids!
I TOTALLY AGREE WITH YOU! For Sami to be soooo concerned about the safety of her children, she sure didn’t seem like it that night (getting hot and sweaty with the fbi guy). smh…at least EJ – if the tables were turned – would have had the kids right next to him; never would have let his children leave his sight.
Sami. She’s always been rolling around in a bed with a man while espousing her devotion and love for her children. Not a mother I would want. And after seeing todays show, I can see Will is going to follow in her footsteps with plotting, planning, scheming and Sami has no one to blame (but she will) but herself!

Yes there are a lot of Salemites who deserve to be punished for their crimes but time heals all wounds, the past is better left behind, etc, etc, etc. In the here and now I think EJ is the bigger criminal of the two. Let’s not forget that he did rape Sami. But I guess he gets a pass on that one, too, because of something Sami has done in her past. And don’t get me wrong, I wish they would finally let Sami grow up and act her age. But a raping, kindapping, lying, drug dealing (as Ariana might have discovered if the storyline hadn’t been dropped) son of Stefano gets my vote as the worst of the bunch for now. Just my opinion folks, to which I am entitled, I think LOL. It just seems like, heck, go ahead and rape the girl, kidnap her child, tell her the child is dead, it’s okay because she is a "slut" and you’re cute and because she has done cumulatively more bad things than you. Of course, she was put in jail, convicted of murder and had the drip started before "wonderful" Lucas developd a conscience but she still has to pay. I dunno, guess I’m just in a mood today! Sorry if I offended anyone.
discussing and dishing our "favorites" and "not so favorites" with opinons as diverse as the stars! Besides, I like the "chats" that we all have even if we all don’t agree with something or someone – there are times we do (agree) and times we don’t…that’s what makes Salem Place so great! Annnnnnnnnnnnd much better than Salem at times!
Besides, this is how I get my "gritch" out about the show…if you guysies don’t understand, no one will! but since we’re comparing the volatile content of the crimes of E.J. against those of Sami, and some do compare them, let’s take a look at whose were worse and who deserves what:
Did Officer Eve Michaels deserve to be killed?
Did Philip and Shawn deserve to have their sperm samples tampered with?
Did Max Brady deserve to have his race-car tampered with, which resulted in an explosion?
Did Steve and Kayla deserve to be exposed to poisonous gas?
Did John Black deserve to be shot, leaving him comatose for five months?
Did Sami Brady deserve to be forced to succumb to being raped just so E.J. would agree to save Lucas?
Did Sami Brady deserve to be forced to drive him over the border so he could escape being caught?
Did Patrick Lockhart deserve to be beaten into oblivion with a belt buckle wrapped around E.J.’s fist?
Did Steve Johnson deserve to be tortured and tormented with a devil tarot card until he was put into an asylum?
Did Steve Johnson deserve to be forced to take a comatose John Black from the hospital so John’s kidney could be taken?
Did Kayla Johnson deserve to be run off the road?
Did Bo and Hope deserve to have their house bugged?
Did Sami Brady Roberts deserve to be chloroformed?
Did Lucas Roberts deserve to be locked in a freezer truck to die?
Did Philip Kiriakis deserve to be the target of a hit man hired by Elvis?
Did Stephanie Johnson deserve to be kidnapped by Owen and spend days on end in a morgue drawer to avenge his father’s kidnapping by Victor?
Did poor, sweet, innocent Arianna (said with sarcasm) deserve to have her drug operation taken over by E.J. and she served the time while he did the crime?
Does that sweet child, Sydney, deserve to have a father who orchestrated her kidnapping and staged her death (yeah, some father)?
AND THE BEAT GOES ON…..and on…..and on….and – well my fingers are tired anyway, but hopefully some can see just a FEW of E.J.’s crimes; BUT, HEY, he’s a good looking bastard, so best to keep that in mind.
I was confused why Arianna went on to call her a slut. I’m not sure what Sami has done since Arianna has known her to be called that. It’s not like she cheated on Rafe, she never slept with EJ while they were together. As I recall she told him she wanted to wait until they were married. In fact, I don’t think Sami has ever cheated on a significant other, she’s always been pretty monogamous. I love Sami, I know many don’t agree, but I guess I can identify with her, making impulsive decisions, following her heart before she uses her head at times. If I was worried that someone was going to take my children from me, yet again!, then it would certainly cross my mind to do something about it. She was given an opportunity and just snapped. I can see it.
