Who do you think Emily will choose? Whoever it is, I read a rumor that she was contacting the guy she didn’t choose.
Anyway, just a reminder for viewers of the show that the finale airs tonight and not Monday.that she picked Jef as she seemed to be more attracted to Ari. She really blindsided Ari but not even going on the final date with him. They had contact only for closure, it sounds like. Maybe the reason she picked Jef was he seems to have a great family and values that match her own. He always thought of Ricki and mentioned her. Ari’s profession of race driver might have scared her off subconsciously due to what happened Ricki’s father – she’s been through that and maybe she just had more fears about it? Jef’s job is less threatening.
huge mistake in not picking the third guy in the running…was his name Shawn? He was the good-looking blond guy. However, I think he’s better off without her as she is a pretty high-maintenance female in my opinion. She also doesn’t seem to be able to make decisions without a lot of emotional trauma. JMHO
that her attraction to Ari was just that. I think Jeff grew on her more and more as the show wore on. At first I thought he was too young for her (even though he’s older) but he seems like a level-headed extremely considerate and nice guy. I’m pulling for this pair to make it. Emily the first time around struck me as not too much going on upstairs, but I gained more respect for her this season.
but he was perfect for Emily. She appeared to me to be somewhat cold and very set in her ways, and wouldn’t think twice about making it clear to any of those guys that it was her way or the highway. I also thought Jef looked too young for her — at least that’s how I saw him. He looked more like he could have been her younger brother to me; plus, I hated his hair, especially with the shaved-on-one-side cut. Didn’t like that look at all.
I thought Arie was better looking and a genuine sweetheart once they cleared the air. I do believe he killed his chances right from the start, though, when he felt he was not sure he could commit to having a step-child; that turned her off from the get-go. I think it was always there, in the back of her mind, even after she started falling for him. Also, I can understand her being afraid of his choice for a career. I do commend her for not making him go through the last day knowing she was not going to choose him. I thought they looked good together, but Emily was definitely playing it safe in the end, IMHO.
In any case, good luck to them. I hope it works out.
I was surprised she picked Jef , but I think he was HER best fit… but she had the HOTS for Ari ,she always talked about how good his kisses were and how she loved touching him and kissing him she was afraid to give Ari the note with the key inside to see if they wanted to spend the night together, because she was very tempted to be with him, at least that way how I understood it. I think she picked Jef because he seemed more of a family man…. I hope this works out for her and her little girl this time.
