Actually not being on the birth certificate means nothing anymore. If you’re the bio father you have rights and obligations
Why can’t they just have Will be the baby’s godfather? They could say that since he’s one of Gabbi’s best friend she wants him to be more involved in the baby’s life. This would keep him close with his kid without arousing attention. That would be waaaaay too easy. Sonny would not havea problem with this being Will’s kid. The problem will be when he finds out about the deception. Typical.
