First off, the ladies killed the guys last night. I can’t see one of these guys coming anywhere close to these girls.
My favorite continues to be Amber. This girl is golden with the complete package. I’m surprised Clive Davis isn’t sitting in the audience already, waiting for her to sign on the dotted line.
All of the girls hit it out of the park last night. Any one of them could win.
The guys were terrible, starting with Curtis. It would not surprise me if he went home tonight, that’s how bad he was last night. The only judge who gave him any credit, and that’s because she’s too nice to say anything bad, was Mariah.
Devin has a great voice, but went out of his comfort zone and picked the wrong song. He’s still one of my favorite guys, though.
Paul is another of my fave guys, but for some reason, and I can’t quite put my finger on it, he doesn’t get any credit from the judges. Seems they’re trying to make him into what they want to see, and he’s not working for them.
Poor Lasaro … this may be his swan song. Horrible song choice last night. I had to laugh when Nikki called his look "your little Desi Arnaz" look. Actually her critiques were right on the money last night.
Brunell was best of the guys, hands down, but still could not come anywhere near any of the girls last night.
I would think definitely one of the guys going home tonight.
comments about Brunell and Nicki. My favorite last night, though, was Angie, with Amber coming in second place. Brunell was my favorite guy with no second place guy in sight. The biggest surprise for me last night was Nicki. I haven’t been much of a fan of hers before last night, but she is growing on me for sure. Last night I thought her comments were helpful and accurate (unique and funny, too.) Tonight I wouldn’t be surprised if any besides Angie, Amber, or Brunell went home.
the best I’ve heard her. (maybe she should come in late all the time!) The girls are legions beyond the boys except for Brunell IMO. Laz’ song choice did him in. SO much of this is song selection.
what 3 of the 4 judges saw in Curtis. His last performance was terrible and there are a lot of people who sound like him. Passion can’t disguise vocals.
I am so glad Keith refused to give him a pass.Watching idol from Tuesday, thought Curtis did a great job, I didn’t like janelles performance Scotty did a much better job on that song she sounded flat. And oh wasn’t it nice with one performance with out Nikki! much better! Lol I hope Nikki doesn’t wear those dumb sunglasses all night. Devon is on now, doing ok, but kinda boring. Angie is on now, so far she’s my fav tonight. I think she’s doing a great job with this Celine dion song. Wow! Ok Nikki WTF??? maybe she wasnt stuck in traffic, maybe she has a hangover. Good greif. Nikki is more long winded than Paula was. Poor miriah always gets cut off. Paul is up now, doing ok, but another boring performance, IMO. GAWD PLEASE GET RID OF NIKKI! she makes the most inappropriate comments!!!! they could make this show alot shorter if they didn’t give the judges 10 minutes of comments.lol. Candice is up and doing a great job, wow between her and Angie right now! Its definetly a girls year this year! bravo! Holy crap Nikki actually made a good comment for once! gosh the guys are just dull and boring tonight, poor lorazo is soooo not in key! Kree was good but boring. LMAO!!! I loved it when Nikki was making her comment about the freaking waffles, and Keith picked up her cup and smelled it! brunell is next! Sorry for the long post but you know me and my idol comments! He is so cute without his hat and sunglasses! He and Curtis are the top among the guys. Ok last one, amber, ok, not as good as some of the other girls. She sounds off key. and even though I predicted Curtis might be going home, it’s still hard to see any of these kids go after they’ve come so far. He handled it brilliantly, though, and by that I mean way better than Nicki. Well, let’s see if she stays true to her word. She said if Curtis went home, she was going home. Maybe we’ll see a new judge in that seat next week. Maybe no judge at all, which would be even better. Either way, it would be nice if she kept her word and quit.
