Since I am still in the hospital (while recovering from my hip replacement, I fractured my femur and had to have surgery all over to repair it) I haven’t been able to see the show since Sami’s wedding.
Would someone be kind enough to give me a brief recap from the wedding, after they said I do, till present? I am totally in the dark about what happened to John and how Dan fell into Krisren’s cluthces. Also what Sami did to EJ and why they are still living together along with a hundred other questions.

Brady and Teresa went to Vegas and he got totally blitzed. She apparently dragged him to a chapel during a blackout and they got hitched. When they got back to Salem, they went to Vic’s mansion. Brady was drunker than Cooter Brown and passed out in a chair when John showed up. John and Teresa had words and when John turned his back on her to try and talk to his passed out son, she hit him in the head with a fireplace poker. Brady got up from the chair and stumbled to the ground. Teresa positioned the guys on the floor and put the poker in Brady’s hand. If I remember correctly Teresa screamed and Henderson came in. Anyway, the Salem PD and EMTs showed up and off John went to the hospital. Teresa told Abe that John attacked Brady and he hit John with the poker in self defense. Of course Brady can’t remember a thing. The only good thing coming out of this is he is ready to get the help he needs.
Dan left to go to a medical conference. Kristen just showed up yesterday, apparently in his room. Her goon knocked him out and they tied up Dan.
your terrible bad luck. First your hip now your leg? How are you holdng up? Been thinking of you and hoping, praying to speed your recovery and get you back fulltime where you belong – on this forum!
Sami’s been on the road to destruction of both Abigail and E.J. She almost broke when Caroline tried to talk some sense into her, to no avail. Just when Sami admitted she still loved E.J., and asked her grandma why couldn’t she stop, Johnny walked into the room and started asking when Abigail could come over and make more cupcakes, and how much fun Daddy had with her and him, and Sami immediately snapped out of her trance and set her revenge into high-speed. Since then she told Ben all about his girlfriend’s affair with her husband, then had a slap me silly knock down with her son, Will (who totally takes Abbey’s side), and now she’s blackmailed Kayla to fire Abbey, threatening that if she didn’t she (Sami) would withhold the $20,000,000.00 contribution to the children’s wing of the hospital (since she’s now Co-CEO with Kat of DiMera Enterprises). Waiting for tomorrow, to see who gets slapped…Sami or Abbey. Not very pretty. BUT, I’m sure my girl’s not done yet. Sami is going to destroy Abbey (or so she thinks), but she’s broken far beyond repair and she just might wind up the “Biggest Loser” after-all.
After all that, we all miss your input, Bon, and I hope you will soon be back. Please get well, soon!!!

What I don’t understand is why EJ is still living in the mansion or vice versa.
and I’m sure you’ll have lots of time to rest and recuperate. Any home nursing needed or perhaps physical therapy? If so, I know you will heed whatever the docs have in store for you. I know I would never have healed as well as I did at my age without strongly adhering to my doc’s advice regarding therapy.
As for E.J., I don’t know why he’s still in the mansion, since it’s owned by DiMera Enterprises and with Sami and Kate being Co-CEO’s, neither he nor Stefano has any say in that for at least 6 months. I would imagine Sami’s just keeping him around to torment him. I have to say, though, he looks awfully foolish cowering to her every whim. I need to see at least a little bad boy E.J. return before these two leave. I guess he’ll toughen up when Stefano returns and if Kristen ever gets out of these scenes with Daniel.

I hope by now you are all tucked up and comfy in your own bed. That in itself should help you feel at least a little better, I imagine. We have all missed you and hope you recuperate quickly and fully. and to be honest I am not entirely sure why EJ is still living in DeMansion. Plot, I’m guessing, LOL.
I came home from the hospital yesterday, now I just have to be very careful I don’t put full weight on that leg. I’ve still got about six week in a walker then time with a cane. This was certainly not something that was in my “bucket list.” :o)
Last night I watched five episodes (almost like a full-length feature movie) of DOOL and I have to say, it was some very interesting watching. I kept thinking, one more, one more until I absolutely had to go to bed. But I’m eagerly waiting to see some more.
Thanks to everybody for your good wishes and prayers, I’m certain they did a lot toward my recovery.
