I hated it, one thing I was actually looking forward to an olympics SL with the teens. I thought it would be some light fun, which the teen group has not had in a LONG time.
I really hope Chad finds out what she did and confronts Mia with Will there. That way Will dumps her butt too.
apparently turning Mia into "old" Chelsey and "old" Melanie all roled into one. Now, not only is she boring, but she is a boring b****. I REALLY want Will (and Chad) to dump her for good.
Chad’s father, being the agressive hardnose that he is, would have called Chad and reemed him for including Mia and then the truth would have come out. However, because these writers don’t let that happen, Chad’s father totally believed this little twit that he can’t stand and never gave his son a chance to explain.
The same has been said about Bo and Hope many times on this board and I agree totally that they would not be acting the way they are had the writers let the characters do the driving. Oh well….
these writers simply do not realize how much more interesting not only the stories, but the characters themselves, would be if their writing revolved around character-driven storylines instead of plot-driven. Oh, well, maybe some day they’ll wake up, but I’m not counting on it.
What did Mia say to Chad’s dad? I saw her come in and say thank-you about something and then I completely tuned her out. If someone can explain, I’d appreciate it.
She made him believe that Chad was taking her (Mia) to Van Couver to the Olympics, not Gabbi. She knows Chad’s father has forbid him to ever see her again, so she lied and said she was going with Chad and wanted to thank him for the trip, knowing full well that he would in turn cancel it. Maybe she’s the next young Sami Brady….if I can’t have him, nobody else will.
I don’t think she told Joe Isuzu that she was going to the Olympics with Chad, but only that he had asked her to go.
Mia says she is there to say thank you. The DA is clueless, "Chad told me you were out of his life."
Mia asks, "He didn’t tell you about…"
"About what," growls the DA, "Why are you here?"
"Chad invited me to Vancouver," "I just wanted to say thank you."
(I would have to take that as not only an invitation, but an acceptance as well. She knew exactly what she was doing and what his reaction would be.)
I really don’t see what Will or T-Man or whatever he’s called, see in these two girls (Kinsey & Mia) I’d like to smack both of them. Personally, I think all 3 of the guys should just go to the Olympics together and just take Gabi. Also, seeing Chad with the DA doesn’t compute either. They just don’t seem like a father and son at all. But then, I can’t take the guy playing the DA seriously either in his role. He doesn’t seem to have a very commanding "look" for a DA. I guess I’m stereotyping!
Thanks for clearing that up. Yes she is quit the master manipulator. I reall don’t like the change we’ve seen in Mia, however I wonder if this will have anything to do with the fact that they changed Will, the actor. I wonder if the two of them will be the next Sami and Lucas, always scheming and plotting to get what they want.
…but certainly not the poop-wouldn’t-melt-in-his-mouth old Will (do I have my adages mixed up?). For Will growing up with Sami for a mother, he’s turned out surprisingly well. Maybe that’s why they changed actors, so they could make him a problem child. Heck, Sami doesn’t have enought strife in her life as it is, she needs some more.
