I didn’t know about Tinker’s failed contract. I wonder though how successful a Sonny character would be without a Will character. It’s too bad they couldn’t work something out.
I believe they have all of this bed hopping with Alex to distinguish or separate him from the Ben character. We have to see him as slimy Alex who will bed anybody instead of serial killer Ben. I know a lot of people couldn’t forgive Ben. Even though there were many fans of Ben and Ciara, many others still viewed him as the Necktie Killer. Now that he’s Alex, who sleeps with everyone, he’s erasing the memory of Ben from viewers. The set-up is to eventually realize that Stephanie is his soul mate, and he will no longer be a player. But that’s going to take a while. I don’t think Alex’s escapades will have any effect on Titan. I don’t see that being a big deal in the end. The big deal will be with Stephanie once she finds out what happened.

I personally don’t find Carlivati to be a very creative writer. He seems to enjoy doing repeat storylines. Think of the stupid possession story we went through earlier this year—absolutely the worst! So yes, he’ll pit Joey and Tripp against each other over Wendy Shin. He’ll make another mob story so Ava can stay on this show. I was hoping she was gone for good. And he’ll just keep recycling the same old same old stories. He’s a lazy head writer.
It’s light, it’s fun, it’s a distraction from these long episodes and storylines. I don’t care what happens in the Halloween episode, I just watch it as a one off. Lighten up.
Since almost everyone that Brady could have talked to, was sitting in a room with Marlena, I think Paul was an easy go-to. He surely wouldn’t show up while Brady was on the phone with him. What if he had said it was Eric and then Eric pops off the elevator? It makes sense that he used Paul because the likelihood of Paul and Chloe running into each other was slim to none.
And why wouldn’t Eric speak to Sami? They’re twins. They’re mother was in the hospital dying. I would hope if my mother were dying, my brother would call me. We live on opposite sides of the country and I couldn’t get to my mom instantly. A phone call is the least my sibling could do.
And as for BS2, if you’re watching Days on Peacock, and you missed BS2, it will direct you to go and watch. Plain and simple.
I think technically speaking, those characters didn’t go anywhere. They are just off screen. Every character isn’t on every day. We haven’t seen Shawn on in weeks and he appeared yesterday. Bonnie was on recently when Nancy found out Clyde was scum and a murderer. They are on as needed. Kurth isn’t on contract and since he is on two soaps, I don’t expect to see him on very regularly. I don’t get too worked up over certain characters not being on. We haven’t seen Maggie in a while and Victor is MIA. Sarah and Xander aren’t on a whole lot either. Their stories are just not front and center right now so it doesn’t need to be explained where they are. They’ll be back.
I thought Tamara Braun was still leaving and in the next few weeks she’s going to make a plan to seek revenge on EJ. That may be what leads to her leaving.
I have also looked everywhere and I do not see GV leaving Days again. Plus, spoilers all the way through and beyond Halloween don’t show Eric leaving.
Is Greg Vaughn leaving again? I have not heard this. I also don’t see how Eric could be leaving while his mother is dying.
Stephanie has her own PR company. She was hired by Titan to do their PR. She was also hired by Paulina to run her campaign. Stephanie then hired Chad. So, Stephanie is an “employee” of Titan, and Chad is Stephanie’s employee because her company hired him to work on Paulina’s campaign.
Honestly, I can’t figure out this writing for the life of me. It makes no sense that Chad would go straight from really dead wife to Stephanie in a matter of minutes. He didn’t do that when she faked her death. And Alex jumping straight to a threesome makes no sense either. Both his family and Chanel’s family have a lot to lose with a sex scandal. I can’t believe that either of these two bad storylines is real or going to happen. None of it makes sense.
I don’t know if I’d go so far as to agree with you about bisexuality, but I totally agree about Allie. She is a useless character. I don’t get the threesome thing either. I think Allie is insecure and she knows Chanel picked her because of loyalty to their friendship. Chanel really loved (romantically) Johnny. She loves Allie as a friend. I get that, I love my best friend, but I wouldn’t choose her over my husband. Allie knows she can’t fill the void left in Chanel—the romantic love she had with Johnny. Allie is a younger, more desperate version of Lucas with Sami. They were best friends, they never had what Sami and EJ have, chemistry and passion.
I seriously think Ron C. Is some kind of pervert. If he can elude to different sexual acts, couplings, and triplings, he thinks he’ll attract viewers. I think if he could have gotten away with incest, he would have made Johnny the third party in a threesome. This is just awful writing. I don’t want threesomes. I even forwarded through all the discussions between Allie and Will about a threesome. Not only that, I hate Chanel and Allie as a couple. Allie is absolutely bland! Chanel is so fiery and bubbly, she needs someone, anyone, with the same life and spark. Allie is not that someone.
Is Nancy leaving or staying? Maybe it’s just a need to bury the hatchet. Sometimes people and tv shows, need closure.
Will worked with Sonny and his brothers in Arizona. That’s his connection. We didn’t have to see it on camera for it to have happened.
I’m guessing Weiss is too expensive and also, the last Mike Horton we saw on camera was Roark Critchlow. It really doesn’t matter who they bring back given the stay will be short-lived. I also thought Nancy ran or runs into Mike Horton and maybe they hashed things out. I saw in the weeks previews they see each other. I haven’t watched yesterday’s show yet.
