The writers know very well as to what happened some time ago, meaning, of what went down with Sonny, Leo, Ted & Vivian. Do we need that again?, think about it, Allie knows that Paulina is running for Governor of the state, do you really think that Allie would be so willing to take Paulina down & destroy her Gubernatorial run by engaging in a sex scandal all because she thinks as to what Chanel is missing out on in being attracted to men & all because they had to make Allie & Chanel a couple & play up their bisexuality & because of their bisexuality is being used as a weapon to destroy Paulina’s Gubernatorial run & also look at who’s funding the Gubernatorial Run, meaning, Titan, that would be another sex scandal that would be Sonny’s fault, because he & his interim CEO being his brother would be front & center & all because who participates in the threesome is the Interim CEO of Titan, Alex.
I seriously think Ron C. Is some kind of pervert. If he can elude to different sexual acts, couplings, and triplings, he thinks he’ll attract viewers. I think if he could have gotten away with incest, he would have made Johnny the third party in a threesome. This is just awful writing. I don’t want threesomes. I even forwarded through all the discussions between Allie and Will about a threesome. Not only that, I hate Chanel and Allie as a couple. Allie is absolutely bland! Chanel is so fiery and bubbly, she needs someone, anyone, with the same life and spark. Allie is not that someone.
The question that I have is this: I get that Chanel is fiery & bubbly & filled with effervescence, but still, she doesn’t need to be involved in a three-way just to prove it to Allie. I hope that Chanel leaves Allie cold & alone, because to Chanel, she sees that Allie is in a way acting like Will, some time ago, he had put it out there that after he married Sonny & that he had gotten that L.A. job offer, he had said that he doesn’t want to have a boring life in Salem. That’s exactly what Allie is saying to Chanel, she sees her life with Chanel boring, she doesn’t want the life with Chanel that Will has with Sonny, she keeps making it about herself & wanting Chanel to stay with her & will do anything to make that happen. She’s trying to breathe life in a relationship that’s failing. So the question that I have is this: This is the main problem with the bi-sexual lifestyle they don’t want a stable life with anyone, they think that it’s a-okay to cheat on whoever they are with because they don’t want stability. So is it so wise to play that up on here?
Allie is a dour sourpuss, there’s nothing in her that anyone wants to see. So why is she needed?
I don’t know if I’d go so far as to agree with you about bisexuality, but I totally agree about Allie. She is a useless character. I don’t get the threesome thing either. I think Allie is insecure and she knows Chanel picked her because of loyalty to their friendship. Chanel really loved (romantically) Johnny. She loves Allie as a friend. I get that, I love my best friend, but I wouldn’t choose her over my husband. Allie knows she can’t fill the void left in Chanel—the romantic love she had with Johnny. Allie is a younger, more desperate version of Lucas with Sami. They were best friends, they never had what Sami and EJ have, chemistry and passion.
I agree with you both. The threesome storyline is gross, and I would guess that most viewers aren’t in favor if it. As far as Allie goes, I haven’t been a fan of that character since she came back to Salem as an adult. I want her to just leave town—-maybe go be with Sydney (who by the way is rarely, if ever, mentioned).
The other question relates to Alex. & as well to Chad & Stephanie. 2 seconds after Abby left Chad at the cemetary, dis dam bang, he had no qualms at all over hand-holding with Stephanie & that is what Alex walked in on, once he saw hand-holding, boom, he made a bee-line to Allie & Chanel’s door-step, hinting the threesome being in play, when he had already had told his brother that firing Stephanie is out of line, but he doesn’t see as to what the threesome would cause to Titan, given that he’s the interim CEO at Titan, yes, granted Allie & Chanel are not employees at Titan, but still, there would be a sex scandal involving the interim CEO, given as to what transpired between, Leo & Sonny. So, the question is why Alex is so willing to cause another sex scandal that would cripple Titan, given as to what position he has with Titan, was where his brother was when it came to Leo. I know that Allie & Chanel are not employees, but still, his position with Titan would put him in the position to get fired, because as to who Allie is to Sonny. With how Massey is on retainer, meaning, coming & going, can you imagine what he would to his brother-in-law once he learns of the threesome involving Alex & his sister. Talk about going ballistic, don’t you think?
Honestly, I can’t figure out this writing for the life of me. It makes no sense that Chad would go straight from really dead wife to Stephanie in a matter of minutes. He didn’t do that when she faked her death. And Alex jumping straight to a threesome makes no sense either. Both his family and Chanel’s family have a lot to lose with a sex scandal. I can’t believe that either of these two bad storylines is real or going to happen. None of it makes sense.
So the question that I have. With how he had brought up firing Stephanie is the wrong move on many levels, that he’s willing to throw a sex scandal to topple the family business & allowing his brother to take the fall, given that one of them is the Interim CEO & the other is the CEO. Then this will also allow Sloan to take photos, or as well have a video of the threesome to be shown in order to end Paulina’s Gubernatorial run, given as to what she has on Chanel. One, the sex scandal video & then sending what she has to the Salem Spectator as to what she has on Chanel. Knowing this show they will never show as to how Sloan knows as to what Chanel has allegedly to have done & that would also diminish the viewership of this show, no matter as to how they are able to see this schlock.
Alex and Stephanie. Chad and Stephanie. Both situations are the same: boss potentially having a romantic relationship with an employee. Stephanie is the employee (or independent contractor) with Alex. Stephanie is the boss with Chad.
Details don’t seem to matter with Days writers.If Stephanie and Chad do have a romantic relationship, at least address the HR issue.
Chad was never hired by Titan, all he did was lend a helping hand. But still, look as to what Chad did with Kate, Leo, Ted & Vivian. He allowed the lawsuit against Sonny to take place, meaning, the sexual harassment against Sonny. Once Chad & Stephanie learns from Paulina as to what Sloan has on Chanel, & they put into motion to cover it up would be disastrous to Titan because of the conspiracy. Then there’s this with Alex & Ambiguous Bi-Couple, meaning, the threesome, let’s hope it doesn’t go there, but if does, Alex would bring a sex scandal once again to Titan, & then if the threesome does happen, Sloan would end up getting the video of the threesome & what she has on Chanel & gives to the Salem Spectator, can you imagine the fall-out of that?
I can’t see many deaths happen to the rest of the characters, because this show is hanging on for dear life, would there even be a show, given the backlash would have if they kill off Kate, Kayla & Marlena. HEAVEN FORBID, as to what would happen if they kill off these characters.
Stephanie has her own PR company. She was hired by Titan to do their PR. She was also hired by Paulina to run her campaign. Stephanie then hired Chad. So, Stephanie is an “employee” of Titan, and Chad is Stephanie’s employee because her company hired him to work on Paulina’s campaign.
Couple of folds: Yes, Stephanie has her own PR firm, & yes, she was hired by Titan to do their PR, & she was hired by Paulina to run her campaign & yes, Steph may have hired Chad, but with Stephanie being an “employee” at Titan, should she fall for Chad given that with her being an employee at Titan & that Chad was hired by her own firm, meaning, that her own firm & Titan are competitors, therefore, a conflict of interest, don’t you think?
This goes to Sloan. What makes anyone think what Chanel had done in college was actually done by her, given that once again that there’s no story at all as to how Sloan got wind of Chanel’s college antics & given where it supposedly took place would hardly be relevant in Salem, now would it, given that it would destroy Paulina’s Gubernatorial run of her last place of residence, remember, anyone who is campaigning for any political office, would take place in there last place of residence, not where she isn’t a resident of, meaning, marrying into the state that isn’t her last place residence.
With how Alex is interim CEO of Titan & what Chanel had supposedly done in College, would cause a scandal to Titan & then if it comes out when it comes to the three-some with Allie & Chanel, it would be another scandal to Titan, because as to who was one of the parties in the three-some & her college antics would have two scandals involving Titan, & then a third scandal, given the parties involved in the campaign would be guilty of conspiracy & you tell me was the three-some needed?
Glad to see Alex call out Stephanie in today’s episode, Wed Oct 12, about her business relationship with Alex and Chad and the HR issues being the same.

Isn’t a little conflict of interest, given that Stephanie’s HR firm had taken Chad on as an employee, yet they make out, get drunk & then were about to go to bed with each other, it may not have happened, but still, they were going there & also because Stephanie’s HR firm is apart of Titan, given as to who’s funding the Gubenatorial run is Titan, in which Alex is the Interim CEO of & yet, someone approves of Alex calling Stephanie out on it, given Alex’s feelings towards Stephanie?
When Rebecca Budig was on GH as Hayden Barnes, she crippled a character that her ex-husband was blackmailing her on, but, she was playing Greenlee Smythe on AMC way before the character of Hayden Barnes was created for GH, the same here. Meaning, Chanel wasn’t even an idea to create & we are suppose to believe what she had done in College, she actually did, given as to what Will went through with Adrienne, it turned out that it was Evan & Orpheus who had done it. Think about it, it’s the same story when Jake was on at the time that they had Abe’s shooting, it turned out that Jake never killed anyone in Philly & we are suppose to believe that Chanel did this?
Then with Alex being the interim CEO at Titan, & that he participated in a threesome with Allie & Chanel, wouldn’t what Chanel had supposedly had done in College destroy Titan, given that it would be a scandal for Titan because as to she had slept with was the CEO of Titan?
