I think that without Bonnie willing to testify against Xander, and Gwen and Leo not willing to testify against him, there’s no real case against Xander. The only people who could really be witnesses or whatever, are Ava and Susan. Susan is dead and Ava is insane in Bayview. Will’s testimony would be hearsay, same with Sonny, so there’s that and still no witnesses willing to or able to testify. I don’t think anyone will go to jail.

I don’t think an actor’s real age has any relevance to the age of the character they play. For example, our last Claire was much older than the character of Claire. She looked very young despite her age. And the original Claire played an older character when she was a much younger actress. You can’t compare their real ages to the character’s age.

Look at the Brady/Kristen storyline. The two who play these characters are only like 3 or 4 years apart in real life. If we go by the show’s storyline, they should probably be at least 10 to 15 years apart. But if they did that, there’s no way Kristen could have ever had Rachel. The shows do what they want with character ages and they don’t care about the real ages of people. And let’s not forget, many actors get plastic surgery so they can look younger and play younger characters.

I’ve also thought that Sloan is wayyyyyy off base accusing Chanel of killing her mother. We all know the story is Chanel had an affair with Sloan’s dad. Sloan’s mom found out and lured Chanel to the rooftop of a building with the intent of killing her and making it look like a suicide. As I recall, Chanel said Sloan’s mom lunged at her and she stepped to the side causing Sloan’s mom to lose her balance and plunge to her death. That is not murder. That’s a freaking accident caused by Karma. There are no charges being filed against Chanel or Paulina in the UK or the US, so how could Sloan sue for wrongful death? If her mother hadn’t plotted to do something evil and illegal, she’s still be alive. Her death was caused by her own actions. Sloan is one crappy lawyer, if she thinks this will fly.

I don’t know what the plans are for Allie’s character, but the actress has been taken off contract so soon we will be seeing less of her. Maybe she will move back to Europe with Sami. That would be the best solution to me. Allie is boring. They should put Johnny and Chanel back together and Tripp and Wendy together and then all will be right in the world.

I agree with you 100% doolfan. They are just bound and determined to keep digging up that craptastic Satan storyline. I will just ff through it all, if that’s what TPTB want to do. No one wants to even see this crap revisited.

Well considering yesterday’s/Tuesday’s showed Susan with Satan’s eyes, maybe that isn’t Susan. It is Satan pretending to be Susan, so Susan is alive. Also, does this mean Marlena is in Hell? Is that why Susan said she couldn’t find her name. Because we know for sure Kayla would be in Heaven and there’s no way Satan could be in Heaven. I personally was done with the Satan storyline last year. I really don’t want to see this crap again.

I will agree that the writing is getting worse. I thought Marlena’s death was really good, but then everything else is just crap. I might be ff’ing through this faux Heaven storyline. I hope I can survive until the women are back on Earth.

I am hoping with the Will situation, TPTB will at least let Will hang around long enough for a funeral for his grandmothers. Of course we haven’t seen any funerals for the not really dead women, so who knows? I’m still trying to figure out how these women come back? Kate’s been cremated. Do you think we’ll have a time jump backwards? Like none of the stuff that happened, really happened. I just don’t know how you re-set everything. Or do you make this someone’s dream?

I also think that bubble head Allie will cheat with Alex. I think since the actress has gone off contract and we’re going to see less and less of her (thank goodness) they are going to put Johnny and Chanel back together. They have a ton of chemistry and I think it’s been a real waste of talent putting Chanel with Allie.

No, Kristin didn’t say she moved the orchid. The only place she moved it to is where it’s missing from. Kristin does not know where the orchid is now. Just speculating, this may be what Marlena, Kate, and Kayla go looking for when they are in Heaven.

Again, what if a show taped months before JA’s death says something like Brady is upstairs talking to Victor or Victor spoke to so and so. How does Victor do that if we say he’s dead now? He will have a proper send off, but we probably wont see that until April or May. Be patient.

And as for Susan, spoilers say Marlena is going to see her in Heaven, so I guess she’s really dead for now, too.

You do realize they can’t make the characters dead immediately. They shoot Days about 6 months ahead of air date. If they had immediately made Victor dead, then all subsequent episodes where Victor is mentioned would be ridiculous and re-shooting all of those episodes would be incredibly expensive. Anytime “Uncle Vic” is mentioned wouldn’t even make sense.

Kristin didn’t make the confession to Steve while he was strangling her, she made it to Johnny when they were talking. There’s no coercion, so that doesn’t matter. The only thing that would matter is if Kristin tells the police Steve strangled her and they investigate and decide to press charges based on their evidence. People always think the individual presses charges, that only happens in domestic violence situations. This isn’t domestic violence, either.

Tinker has left the building. I think in the next couple of weeks, Sonny and Will leave because of a job opportunity for Will.

Stephanie was on when Kayla gave her the bracelet. Again, I think you’ve missed an episode.

Obviously if no one was poisoned, Kristin wouldn’t be liable. But you know what they say about what ifs. It’s a moot point because regardless of how the women got the pathogen to begin with, Kristin is liable for keeping the the antidote from them.

And nope, I don’t want Sloan, Kristin, or Johnny involved in any storyline that leads to an exoneration of Kristin. I actually wish Kristin would disappear for good. I can’t stand the character. Rumor has it she’s going to try and run off with Rachel. Good riddance to them both. Rachel is just like her evil mother.

I think you’ve missed a few episodes. Joey has been on several times, including when Kayla almost died last time. He’s also been on Beyond Salem. I think the assumption is if you’re able to watch Days on Peacock, you’ve seen Beyond Salem.

Tripp brought up where his mom is because he was going to visit her. It explains where he is since he came to town with Joey and now he’s not with Joey, Stephanie or Steve.

Why would Shin ever let Stephan know where Rolf is? Of course he had to give the illusion that he had no idea where he was. If Stephan finds Rolf and gets his memories back, for sure Li has no possible way of getting Gabi back. Li still thinks he has a chance.

Lastly, I never got the impression that Kristen gave the women the pathogen. But she knew they needed a booster and withheld that in order to hold on to Brady. For that reason, she is culpable of Kate’s and Kayla’s death.

I don’t think there was anything left for Leo to say. What would be the point of a back and forth? Leo knew about the kidnapping, he went along with the plan Gwen set forth, and he kept that a secret from Sonny. What’s there to say. I’m glad they wrapped this up quickly. I can’t stand to see boring storylines drag out.

We saw Ari the day before the wedding fiasco. We also saw her at Christmas because she made a snide remark to Li when he came in dressed as Santa. As I stated in another thread Sonny and Will leave. I don’t know if they’ll keep Ari around or take her with them. Knowing the writers and the fact that there aren’t a lot of visible children on the show, they will probably have Ari leave with Will and Sonny.

I agree, I thought it was odd that neither Will nor Allie showed much emotion over Kate’s death and neither seemed concerned about how their dad was handling her death. JMHO, I have found all of the actors dealing with the deaths to have terrible reactions, except Steve. I’m sure it’s because we all know that they’ll all be back. It’s not final, they know it, and they just can’t act through that knowledge. It’s made the whole story not very compelling for me as a viewer.

I absolutely hated the seen with Chad and Sonny. First Sonny looks stupid. Second, Chad looks arrogant. Kate has been one of the most horrible characters on this show for years, yet Chad has always forgiven her. Seriously, if she is redeemable then just about anybody is. So smug Chad should keep that ish to himself. And yes, Sonny looks like a complete fool. No one thinks Leo has a good side, no one except Gwen and we know all about Gwen.

I have read on multiple sites that after Sonny finds out about what Leo did, he gives Leo the boot. Then he a Will leave Salem. So he is not going to be around for the return of Vivian. When they do have Victor die on the show, maybe he’ll return for an episode, but who knows. I believe Tinker’s days are numbered.

I haven’t watched today’s show yet. Obviously these stories were not focused on yesterday.
