Participantare why I question for instance, Days’ motives in the gay kissing/makeout scenes. Any chance to reveal more skin or put any couple they can on sexual display appears to me like coming from a “sex sells” mentality.

Participantgive you away as you age if you don’t tone up.

Participantreally bugs me. I can see Hope occasionally referring to Jen as that, but it’s way excessive and sounds corny.

Participantthe actress must be doing a bangup job because I cannot stand her.

Participantmaybe it’s the dialog that makes it seem that way. Some scenes have come across as almost painfully drawn out and repetitive. It’s the Five Star acting that keeps me engrossed, but I must admit it doesn’t always flow well.

Participantin a crib at the mansion – tooo young for him. Then at the hospital he’s in a bed which is tooo old.

Participantno interest whatsoever in this pairing on the face of it. Days has a habit of doing these musical chairs couples and I guess now it’s Rafe’s turn to be with Kate for five minutes. Days has no investment in these disposable couples so why should I?
But if there is a good SL woven around them I can change my tune.casey
Participantthe “Surly Sami Look!”

ParticipantAlready they look like they’ll be more animated. And I sure would love to see her be Nicole’s daughter.

ParticipantI doubt anyone could be worse.

Participantthough, Nick’s manipulations. It’s refreshing to have a very bright “villain” who can use technology to concoct his dastardly deeds.

Participantthat it’s perferable with young kids that they are overly quiet rather than risk them spewing things in the middle of dialog. But that “actress” who plays Sydney is the worst. At her age she should be acting. If not, find a replacement.

ParticipantI’ve stated here a number of times that I am uncomfortable with excessive sex scenes between both straight and gay couples. I suspect Days’ motive for the gay trysts is less an altruistic attempt to embrace, educate and forward gay rights but to raise ratings by being controversial and “edgy.”
I have two gay couples as good friends and they would never behave this way in public as we’ve seen Sonny and Will. As would neither my heterosexual friends.
I do believe you can take umbrage with these soap encounters without necessarily being lableled homophobic.casey
Participantwill be as understanding this time when he hears Jen lied to Chloe about their plans. Certainly nothing wrong with Jen wanting to squash any sabotage by Chloe, but Dan as a new dad might take exception to Jen’s little white lie.

ParticipantI could sit in that seat and do as well. She says nothing interesting nor anything of a vocally technical nature. She’s one of the very best and should know this stuff. I’m hoping she lends some muscial insight once the lineup is set.
