and I say triple shame on the entire Days production. All this show wants it seems, is to destroy characters and bring on sex and violence wherever possible. There are only a few reasons I watch lately and generally I only catch the last half hour.
he tells it like it is and has that sense of humor. And I totally agree four judges is a waste and actually a negative. Furthermore, let’s cut this show so no fillers.
I remember when AI used to be exciting and there was so much buzz around who should win. It is strange because this year’s lineup for the most part could really sing. I have to believe Idol has just become stale and the producers should not let this hang on. A 20% drop in ratings has to tell them something.
Perhaps they can still revive with judges that will gain viewership, but it is interesting the Idol began to slip with the departure of Simon Cowell.
I do agree if Urban wants to return Idol should welcome him back. He was not the problem and I enjoyed his presence.
Kree and Candice – do not have a favorite. That is telling too.is a bit more appealing to me now that he’s warmed up more in the part, I still find him a little bland – he reminds me of a Ken doll – and I don’t see the chemistry between him and Abby. Chad, however, with his more edge and sarcasm is becoming more interesting to me now that he’s not going so ballistic.
Trump is all about money and he’s going to go with the people who can bring it in. Trace has already shown he can draw from the big country music stars. Someone like Little John, not really.
I predicted several weeks back that if they let Cochran stay til the end it was a big mistake. How could they miss that he was very popular, not to mention brainy, and when he began to win challenges it should have been a mega red flag.
I am thrilled he won.

the way John and Marlena have been portrayed since their return. John has been snarly and rotten toward the great love of his life, Marlena some little scared bunny, and this insipid SL is repulsive to me. Days just loves to destroy characters and for me J&M is the Nth degree.
about Brenda. Do we know her act was that selfless? I would see it as gaining brownie points, which it ended up not doing. Or maybe Brenda figured she’d be on the outs if she went the “selfish” route.
But for sure she was a legit threat and I wonder if the tables were turned how she would play it. I do believe Cochran will be ousted if he doesn’t get immunity.the judges aren’t the prime reson for ratings decline unless some were really turned off by Minage. Especially with the strong field of contenders this season. Let’s face it, nothing lasts forever (except maybe 60 Minutes!) and Idol just had its what – 12th season? People grow tired and want change and find fresher programs to watch. I know myself I used to watch Idol straight through and I now watch other shows and flip back and forth.
Randy managed Mariah. Didn’t even know Randy was in management.
I don’t get why Keith wouldn’t return unless it was his decision. I’m sure he was well liked, gave the best commentary and easy on the eye.
Definitely Randy has become a tape loop and Mariah too rambling. Nicki I won’t miss though the last couple weeks I did not mind her comments.

How were the ratings this season?JJ is not telling the truth, or at least the entire truth about being expelled. Otherwise would this be Days?! It’s a bit early for me to comment on whether or not I like him, but if this is another wellworn path of bratty teens hating anyone dating their parent and acting out then I’m not looking forward to it.
