that nothing very engaging is going on except in spurts. This Jennifer/Anne stuff is going around in circles and commanding far too much airtime; how often have Jenn and Dan broken up (hohum) that no one can really invest in them; Abby and Gabi are largely a bore for me and I can’t stand Theresa ; Brady needs to downspiral into a gutty portrayal beyond vocal outbursts; Marlena misused and underused;  the "big" current "murder" mystery has no excitement. Love Eric but even his SL is hardly high key.

Kansas City should have had a second try on their missed field goal as there was a blatant foul on SD that wasn’t called.

showed resilience and made a season of it right til the last game. But they had their own destiny in their hands and couldn’t get past Dalton & Co. I think the Ravs did well considering all those key personel losses. It was nice to see so many teams in it right til the end.

Couldn’t figure what it was that just didn’t seem EJ.

That off the shoulder blouse on Nicole was less than professional but she looked great in that vivid green.

with me on this topic. While  I agree with TFlo that it often is not any fault of a wife when a husband strays, I get furious when only one "cheater"- generally the guy- gets blamed. Take Tiger Woods – how many women did he break his vows with – and they all knew he was married w/kids. Why is it only men get called on it? They are termed "womanizers" while the females get a pass and many even garnish sympathy. You never hear "manizers" but they are equal to blame.  Just because the participating gal might not be married, so what.  They are willing participants.

that yes, Nick is the one.  Have to laugh with all the brutal weather this early winter, it looked like mild fall out there.

but I agree the color somewhat detracted from the nostalgia aspect for me. How bout that fiery red hair of Lucy’s!

to make opponents look bad. But look around the league and see the top teams losing big to those they should crush. Plus the Ravs have played some back to back intense games. I think they were due for a letdown.

The way the season is going don’t count out your guys yet.

just common sense told me such a tiny person (three foot something) compromised by structural and other issues w/Dwarfism would be an incredibly high risk pregnancy if even it took.

this SL really go ultra dramatic, sending Brady into a more harrowing downfall ala the reality show Addicted. If you’re going this route make me want to be on the edge of my seat.

compare the film with a play-based tv production. Speaking of GWTW I never considered it quite the masterpiece as most. Certainly an epic but as far as entertainment value I much prefer a similarly based film said to "counter" GWTW. That is Bette Davis in Jezebel. Many thought Davis was going to land the Scarlett role but when she didn’t the studio put her in this one. For those who’ve never seen Jezebel worth renting it for Bette’s bravo performance.(even in black and white!)

I heard that viewers were disappointed in the program, the ratings were impressive enough to warrant a repeat I think tonight (12/14). I would be interested to see reaction to this without benefit of the film. ABC is "countering" with the movie on the 22nd, but generally SOM is shown annually around Christmas anyway.

for Bo to be away this long from his daughter. I don’t see why Days doesn’t "kill" him off as it would be simple to "revive" him if the actor does agree to a contract at some point. Infact, that could make for some great drama ala John and Marlena. And  if  Days does move on maybe PR will see he’s not irreplacable. If Days is still doing negotiations it appears to me  PR has the upper hand. But come on Days, this treading water is beyond belief. Let’s move on from Bo and Hope – it’s just stagnating KA.
