Participantlast season’s amputee (can’t recall her name?) was a huge factor in Noah’s inclusion. The leg only would be fine but also missing an arm makes dancing a real challenge. He makes me nervous, as those falls in rehearsal showed, and with live tv a potential disaster could happen.
As I said, I have nothing but admiration and gratitiude for his service and wanting a go at DWTS, but how do you judge his limitations against the others?casey
ParticipantOverall, a better showing for the gang. I wouldn’t believe a 14 year old could pull off a believable tango, but Willow did it for me. Enjoyed Rumer again too. Patti LaBelle was okay, but how long did she actually dance? Like 15 seconds maybe? Just because she’s older the standard should not be lowered. I find too much time is being taken up in the posturings before the contestants start moving. Also, as much as I highly admire disabled vet Noah, he is so very limited in what he can do.
I don’t know why everyone was bummed about the first elimination of that Redfoo guy. Like me I think a lot of people were unfamiliar with him and just wrote him off as this long-haired goof.
Farmer Chris just cannot dance. He is stiff and appears to be lacking in rhythm and could be on the block again next week.casey
ParticipantI feel it’s a combo of the actor and the dialog, more so the latter. I don’t think I would even like Chandler in scenes where he blackmails Tori and wants to clear out all possible distractions for his and Sonny’s marriage to succeed. Where was all this high interest when Will was in Hollywood out of touch or writing the Paul article or cheating on “my husband.” I absolutely hate it when Will repeatedly spouts this.
Abigail, can she possible fall for Chad’s blatantly obvious bs about Jack’s book? Yeah, I guess she can!casey
Participantneeds a few sessions with grandma. He is certifiably paranoid and Sonny should dump him quick.

ParticipantI first thought diamonds (maybe just my tv) but I guess not? It would be nice for a change if the contents were something we would never think of – something to really kick up the SL.
And yes Daniel’s freshshaven look was a definite improvement. Speaking of that, did you notice Jen’s hair for a few days there when it was wavy? Obvious additions, to the point where it looked fakey to me, so stiff it could probably stand up by itself.casey
Participantwhen he mentioned Stefano and she denied it leads me to believe it’s not him. As for Peter, wonder if they bring him back would it be the original actor? Remember that fallout from the real life affair of him and Missy.

Participanthappened to this character who was once so endearing and sensible? Today when he bellowed, “What this could do for my career!” I could have slugged him. That snotty, cold look he gets is becoming more frequent and he has no regard for others. Just assuming Stefano is Paul’s father and holding this over Tori’s head like she’s responsible for her adult son is reprehensible. I truly hope he’s headed for a fall that will be a life changer. Like Sonny leaving him for Paul!

Participantat least on Theresa’s part to switch types to prove Kristin is the biomom. But why would she then be coming back to town if she doesn’t want Brady to know he’s the father? I always figured she would tell Brady she kept some of his semen and had it inseminated.
For sure though, Kristen does not want to reveal that kid is Theresa’s. Also, since ED’s stint will apparently be brief I have to assume if this plays out that Kristin does return with Theresa’s child, then this will all come out and Theresa will get her baby and come between Brady and Mel.casey
Participantfor me. Paige apparently was supposed to sing. Does anyone kow if the actress can?

ParticipantPut a sock in it JJ. He is a broken record on this apologetics yet he continues to screw up and goes groveling for everyone’s sympathies and forgiveness. Of course he will win Paige over (perhaps by rescuing her from Cole) and then Paige will discover the truth. But how is he going to explain that one!

ParticipantDon’t know much about his personal life but doesn’t he have kids? Is he divorced? He’s a supreme animal lover like me and does seem like a very nice guy. I was surprised by his enthusiasm.
As for the pros I still believe Peta is the best overall athlete. She is so quick and sharp in her moves and can keep up with any male.casey
ParticipantDoesn’t look like the talent will match up with last season. I thought the judges were overly kind in their comments. but they probably didn’t want to be too harsh the first day. Scores were right on though.
I don’t see La Belle lasting too long unless fans vote en masse. Patti was elegant but an uptempo dance will do her in. Suzanne Somers wasn’t as dynamic as I expected, but hey, she’s 68!
I knew gymnast Lukin would excell but I was impressed with the rocker guy and totally blown away by Rumor Willis. Look forward to seeing more of her.casey
ParticipantStef probably is attracted to them because their culture historically has placed women in a more deferring to men role.

Participantwill tune in to see Shark Robert. And as I followed the Bachelor this year – having lived in Iowa and with a close friend there – interested to see Chris. But you are right, who ARE a lot of these “stars”? I would think Lukin being the nimble athlete has the best odds starting out.

ParticipantAnd I hope Kate pays for awhile. It seems she always sniggles out of punishment.
