I heard they are looking at dropping that barrier to gay men donating blood but don’t know if it’s passed yet. I guess we’re supposed to overlook it.

At least I’m getting some kind of reasoning from JJ about his acting out the unworthiness thing with Paige. I still believe they will reunite. Jen better watch her back with Eve.
As for Parker he annoys me with the constant laughter and silent routine. He’s not a toddler!who they might bring in as a romantic interest for Brady? I can’t see him falling for Theresa. But then this IS Brady.
I do agree Melanie is growing on me in these final days. Not the usual kind of goofy.yesterday I think from a WW2 vet. I don’t agree about not celebrating it because I myself think about vets whether it’s a parade or not. In fact parades are more likly to draw attention as long as they are focused on service and not some run of the mill hoopla.

Mel was leaving so soon. Why she wouldn’t want to stay and fight when Brady has no romantic feelings for Theresa is a bit unrealistic given the short timeframe here. This is not the 50s where parents stay together for the sake of the child.
actors w/ a strong faith background there certainly is no connection in the material the show puts out. From the near-taboo Eve/JJ sex to adulterous relationships to married gays (most Christian-based faiths at least don’t sanction this) I haven’t heard any of these actors protesting.
she would only do it I would think out of a primal reaction of betrayal and pain. But once she has some time it would be ridiculous to hook up with someone in cahoots with Eve to plant drugs.
If both JJ and Paige are on longterm contract I can see them reuniting down the road.
But to explain why she would not toddle off to Stanford is a tough sell.for allowing the teenage Paige to simmer below the surface long enough to give her the upper hand in brilliantly destroying her mother. Now will she let JJ have it right in front of the partygoers? I say bring that on!
But where does that leave her? Do you think she might eventually forgive JJ? Will she need Marlena’s counseling?
Nothing is stopping Eve now in trying to get revenge on both JJ and his mother. But have we seen enough of this scheming?more to Rumer I’m sure than Riker. I was happy for her and her family and for Val as well who is such a polished dancer. Totally enjoyed this season and its competitive nature.
