we all knew and loved – in the old days he would have just "iced" Vivy and that would have been that!

Vivian with all her plotting and scheming…If Nicole and Vivy ever teamed up  – goodness gracious look out Salem!

On the Stephanie side, (I so agree with you Patti), get rid of her!  Perhaps that would be a great way for Vivian and Nicole to team up – by getting rid of Stephanie  I would love that story line!

EJ, (as much as he is a baddy), well, let’s face it – EJ goes with every woman – he is just such a hottie – I mean baddy – errrrrr, ahem, I mean hottie!  If I was a southern belle, "well I declare ladies, that man would make me swoon…."

Vivian promised Vic that if they did get married, she would not go after Carly due to Carly being his daughter-in-law’s (Melanie’s) mom – and Victor did not want his son Phillip to be hurt; (and he didn’t want to cause his god-son Daniel (Mel’s dad) any grief either.  But we all know Vivy won’t stop until she gets what she wants.

Think Cierra took "the treasures" outta the box to play with either that or Red-Lipstick Hope moved "the treasures to a safer place…or she has a plan for them…

(that story was before my time), and strung it out over a number of years – then OK – I’ll buy into that, however, in my "recent" memory of "whose the daddy" stories –  the Will/Austin/Sami/Lucas, twins/Sami/EJ/Lucas, Carly/Mel/Daniel, Stefano/Hope/John/Bo, Patrick, and all the rest are just too repetitive.

of Mel and Daniel…I would want to know.  And know now instead of later. This kind of thing ALWAYS comes out anyway.

Their relationships won’t be the better because of a terrible secret kept hidden.  Look at all the pressure that it’s putting on Phillip and Chole and their psyche already with all the "flashbacks" they are having and the guilt they are carrying.

The devastation that Mel and Daniel will feel initially, (and will feel for a long while), at being betrayed like this they will get over and move on.  Either with their partners or without.  However, to be played like a fool for months or even years, (if this is taken the way "Days" usually resolves conflict) will make them feel worse when they do eventually find out.

A veteran is someone who, at one point in his life, wrote a blank check made payable to ‘The United States of America ‘ for an amount of ‘up to and including my life.’  That is Honor, and there are way too many people in this

country who no longer understand it.’

God Bless our country that is blessed by our troops!

Talk about crying buckets…watching the show the entire time…how moving.  I’d love to go to see it in person someday.

My dad is buried in Arlington; (after 30 years service).  My dad when he was alive, took us for a vacation in the late 1970’s to see our Capitol.  My dad taught me a long time ago that "freedom isn’t free".  I’ve seen the "Changing of the Guard" at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldiers – talk about bring you to your knees in tears.  Just walking through Arlington was one of the most humbling experiences in my life.

You are from the greatest generation Bonbon ~ I don’t think we will ever as a people have the will and courage to fight a battle as your generation did.  (Our troops now and their families not withstanding).  My flag is always out – I fly it all the time and still keep a flag on my vehicle too, sure wish more American’s would.

God Bless America and Our Troops!

have been pretty quiet as well.  I’ve had to find out about any spoilers for next week on other sites.  Can’t wait for the tribute to Miss Alice.

I guess because it’s a holiday weekend and everyone is on the road – hope everyone is staying safe and having a great time!   Me, I stay home on these kinds of weekends, one because I’m retired because of that I can go camping, visiting friends, relatives and the famous sites at another time without having to fight the traffic or only have a few short days off from work – (don’t miss that at all!)….so I go vacation or get aways when there’s no crowds and prices are less.
