been chomping at the bit for when EJ finds out he is not the only prince in the house anymore! I hope Chad holds is own but there will be a lot of friction between EJ and Chad and I can just see Stephano running around trying to keep the peace in la famiglia.
b-i-o-t-c-h to Brady. I would hope that Taylor is not like her sister, and that she would take more after Fay who is a kind, caring lady. Brady so deserves a nice woman in his life!
stay on Days. I am not wishing for Sami to go away permanently. All I want for Sami to do is go to Switzerland and visit her Mother and John for a month or take Allie and Will to see Lucas in China and then for her to come back a bonafide grown-up and that she never, ever say that line she is famous for. I liked and watched Sami up until the 90millionth time she said, "I’m doing this for my kids". Then I just went ballistic and had to FF’d pretty much every thing she does. Even when she was going to marry EJ, (and you know how much I love my EJ), and Sami was saying that line again and again (before she shot him). Sami please GMABigB!!!
I had a movie channel for a special treat but never watched it because I like the classic old movies ala Cary Grant and John Wayne instead of Hugh Grant and Keean Ivory Wayne’s movies, so I "traded" with the cable company and got National Geographic and those kinds of learning and educational channels (which I watch all the time), for the same money and Cooking channel came with the package. I haven’t watched Cooking channel all that much yet, but it seems they have a lot of good shows.
My local grocery store has a magazine that they give out that has great receipes in it – called "Something Extra" – this month they had a gingerbread man on the cover and when you scratched his belly – it smelled like gingerbread cookies! Worst cooks!!! NOW that my dear will be a hoot! How will they pick the winner on that one? The first judge who hurls??? LOL!!!
I love Chef Vs City!!! My only complaint about that is Aaron and Chris (or is it Kris?) win about 90% of the time – I want to see the other chefs win more! Especially since they seem to have an advantage over knowing the city they are in.
I’ve watched DI a number of times…it is amazing what dishes they come up with for a zillion people in a small time frame. I’d like them to go to individual homes and russel something up for dinner (think there was a show like that at one time)…but I’d like to see them make a meal out of an average pantry/fridge for a family of four for dinner.
I haven’t watched a lot of the Cooking channel but I have it now too – LOVE-LOVE-LOVE Food NetWork! Only cooking for myself for the last eight years, not having the chance to cook as much is something that I miss. And it is also one of the few channels I can watch t.v. without having to listen to constant cussing or seeing porn (I can go to my local airport now and see that – LOL).
and usually does…(case in point Sami’s "current" wedding)…I hope, oh, I hope so much Sami get’s nailed with the ballistics!
was just starting to grow on me again…I for one will be dancing when Brady finally tells her to take a hike! Brady is such a nice guy, (in spite of his latest few antics), Brady deserves someone really great for once. Can’t think of anyone in Salem right now that he could hook up with – so I suppose it would have to be someone new in town.
blah-blah-blah-blah-BLEAH! I give this one a 15% chance of lasting longer than two years and that is because Corday will milk Sami’s "happiness" for all it is worth. Rafe will grow a brain some day soon! Sami is a leopard – she can’t change her spots…
Salemites – I, me, me, mine, first and foremost. So to me, it is not surprising that Nikki didn’t give Brady a second thought, so much for true love and the "love of her life".
and present – that would be fun! And bring the contestants who lost on as judges – now that would be a twisty! Anything food related in life for me is a good thing, it’s my "only" vice these days…well, that and Salem Place.
you were jumpin’ up and down and cheering! He did deserve to win – he was innovative (sp?) with all his presentations and cooked "outside the box" all the time. And I think he will fit right in with the other chefs and hold his own with them. I don’t think that turkey dinner that Chef Canore cooked looked appetizing or tasty at all…or his rissoto –
