writers don’t know what to do with her again, perhaps they will put Daniel and her back together and they can straighten up their daughter’s life.
all of what you said. Even Christmas was pretty much a bummer! I can’t remember happiness on Day’s in a very long time. Yes. It’s a soap, but come on writer’s GIVE US FANS A BREAK…this is ridiculous! They’d better be planning something nice for Valentines Day, reunion for Bo and Hope, or some other torn up couple at least!!! (Take your pick of all the couples in Salem: B&H, C&D, M&P, S&N, Sami and her kids, N&B, M&V, K&S, even Abe and Lex had words the other day…)
they pulled off a "face-transplant" with no scars and perfect working dimples…a little eye transplant would be easy for them, especially, since they have the body part story line…and may I say, if the writer’s thought that far back in the story line about Johnny’s eye and this prison thing – well, then I have to give them credit….for being far more devious and questionable than I ever would have imagined in what they would write.

But then that was the same for a bullet in the brain with EJ, couple of weeks in hospital, and then back to normalcy as if it never happened. Must be something in the water in Salem, forget Lourdes, drink the Salem river water!
can’t think of anything else to do. They are back to an island story. Back to Bo and Hope on a boat. Back to another preggers story. Back to another who’s the daddy story.
Aren’t there real life senerios that they (writers) can draw from? Like someone loosing their job, oh, that’s right, I forgot, everyone in Salem doesn’t really work at a job, they are all well off or either if they do any work it’s as a profession as police commish., lawyer, publishing or shipping mogul, or doctor/nurse. No one in Salem is a waitress (with the exception of Kate years ago), or any every day job as secretary, beat cop, fire person (oooooo now there is something for a hot guy in Salem!).
I know it’s a soap, but come on, does anyone really live in a town with all well off people? Seems like they loose their fortunes and mansions, but get them back a day or two later. In Salem, no one looses their jobs in this economy, gets into a car accident, looses the mortage on their home to foreclosure, or let’s go another way – gets a job, (Rafe doesn’t count since it was handed to him), opens a business and makes a sucess of it, (Maggies restraunt doesn’t count, too long ago), sees their kids school play? Sami should be going to a lot of those. And Sami, has never had to put food on the table for her kids, she’s always had another man on the hook (or men) to do it for her. If I was Sami, I wouldn’t have any self respect for myself. Wonder after Rafe, who’s next on her menu?
And another thing while I am gritchin’ (I guess you can all tell that I’ve given up my boycott of watching – it took two weeks for me and then I had to have my Day’s fix), but why is Allie always taking a nap, and no story line for her? Why is it always Johnny? Heck, even as cute as the little boy is, even Sydney is on the back burner now. I don’t think we’ll see Sami’s girls much until they emerge from their rooms some day as he!! raising teenagers.
And while I’m at it, we don’t see Chadwick for about a month, he waltzes in to Stefano’s and says to leave him the he!! alone – for Stefano to quit calling him. Has Chad not learned to block calls or look a caller ID? Weak way to bring him into the picture again – really weak. Stefano should find another way to get Chad into his life, although, I’m sure that is coming soon.
was with was so much better. There are so many characters on the show now, enough! Writers start concentrating on the main folks, quit bringing in all these satellite characters that just annoy and are just "fillers".
I predict that Steph will accumulate an entire closet full, (just like Sami), because all the guys will eventually wake up and smell the coffee on how manipulative and clingy she is – no matter how quick and often she sleeps with them.
but I was very impressed with him on the show today. I loved the "what-for" he gave to Stephanie today. I thought at the very end of the show today, that he was going to recant all that he said when Stephanie fell to his feet and begged him to stay. Mark did a fine job of acting today, perhaps it was just the story lines that he’s been given in the last year, if this is the case, shame on the writers. He could have been a contender. And now he’s leaving.
