The accident

I’ve now seen in two places that Maggie did not cause the accident and one place that says she was set up. I’m suspecting now that Summer was the person who caused the accident. It’s the only logical explanation so that Maggie doesn’t go to jail for drunk driving. Also, it gives a little bit of a reason for Summer to have come back.
