While catching up on last weeks episodes (haven’t had electricity in 7 days due to a snowstorm) I noticed that Theo hasn’t grown up any….and Allie/Johnny are ready for 1st grade (well, alomost) ! And I hated the part where Julie sent Doug out to "help Mickey get Grandma" in the kitchen. But I guess I should be grateful they didn’t just ignore them totally.

7 days w/o ‘lectricity – goodness! Glad you got to catch up on the show. It was nice that they did a Christmas with the Hortons – all though it did seem rushed! Did I see Caroline at the party with Lucas? Did she even have a line at the Christmas party at Bo and Hope’s house or was she just decoration like the tree?
Yeah, it’s the next generation and I just figure they will make all the kids about the same age eventually for continuity of the show’s story lines as Sami, EJ, Maggie, Hope, Bo, etc., all get older. Of course most of us will be in the old age home by then too
– "still yelling at the writers why they did this or did that to our favorite charactors" and Kate will be interfering with her great-grandchildrens lives at that point.Will never aged the way Philip and EJ (Feb. 1997) did either. Philip (Feb. 1995) and Will (Nov. 1995) were born in the same year but something weird happened to them along the way.
Now EJ is older than Philip and had two kids with Will’s mother, how scary is that?! Justin’s twins were born in 1990 so they should also be older than EJ and Philip! Caroline was a the vigil at the pier. She was never at Bo and Hope’s. Personally, I thought the whole Christmas was skimpy. It looked like 5 or 6 people showed up and that was it. I remember when it used to be a whole house full of people and was so festive. Instead they had this little group of people and it was totally depressing. And where were the ornaments for Jack, Jennifer, Abby and Jack Jr.? How about showing us the ornaments for Mike Horton and Jeremy. I don’t like that they didn’t show us all the ornaments, it was bad enough that the gathering was minimal.
