What time of the year is it supposed to be anyway? Hope slips on a blazer over her sleeveless V-neck leather top and goes running out to visit Eric and Rafe, where she proceeds to become “so hot” she has to take off the little blazer.
What time of the day is it? Ciara’s “kickback” is over and done with before Theo even gets there because he was having dinner with Lani and Abe.
And don’t get me started on the fact that Daniel still hasn’t had a funeral service after 3 weeks of being in the morgue, not even at the funeral home, in the hospital morgue! He must be relatively ripe don’t you think.
Why haven’t we seen anything about Maggie and Melanie? Mel showed up for a few minutes and that was it?
And really Andre? You have a huge gash on your face , you’re bleeding everywhere, but you manage to pull that piece of wood or whatever out of that gash, splash a little peroxide on it and suddenly it feels better? Better yet, how did Andre know exactly where to look for the body and manage to get out from the rubble with no one seeing him and before the bulldozers showed up? Of course now that the building has been blown up and bulldozed no one will believe him about finding Stefano’s body.
Oh and Kayla….where exactly does Ava have her that Steve can keep her handcuffed to his end table, promise to look for that baby and no one is wondering how Kayla will have anything to eat or drink while this is all taking place.
There are some serious continuity and timeframe issues with this show right now. Is it because of the head writer change? Did they edit lots of stuff out so that the new head writer, temporary or not, could have his own storylines sooner? I can say that this was one of the LONGEST episodes in recent memory…it was only 30 minutes in and I felt like it should have been long over.
Little things like continuity get to me and they definitely drop the ball in this case.
Does the end table not lift up? Is Hope going through menopause? Is Sami ever returning to tie up the stolen money story? Will Melanie ever be seen again? Is Daniel decomposing after 3+ weeks- will we even see a funeral? I could go on and on…
…as a father, why doesn’t Abe take Theo’s phone and read the texts and do a trace? Or vice-versa, someone get Chase’s? Dan must be standing in the morgue by now, talk about the Walking Dead! Where did Brady decide to recuperate? Is Nicole still blubbering around the apartment then storming out to go nowhere, and living in Dan’s coat? See! Wrap up the damn SL’s, people!
The announcer used to run through a bunch of questions at the end of the show. "These questions and many others will be answered on the next episode of ‘SOAP’"
Do you suppose that bully could be Chase. Since he has revealed his attraction to Ciara, maybe he is jealous of Theo.
However, on the entire teen scene, boring! I, for one, don’t enjoy watching teenagers dictate their parents’ lives, but I guess with summer coming on, know what we have to look forward to.I found it on some channel New Year’s night. Several years ago I was recording it every night after stumbling upon it.
Just checked and I get IFC as well. May have to record a few again.
