Some of his lines were very painful to hear him deliver. I guess he’s okay for being new to acting but there is certainly room there for improvement. And his wearing a suit is definitely not the Chad we knew. They are trying too hard to stuff him into the Dimera mold.
on him yet. I just thought from the first day with that gun silliness, yesterday he showed some improvement to me. But I do not like this character overhaul at all. Now maybe if they got someone else to both look and act the role it could work. I just look to someone like Aiden which most of us did not like at first, but he did turn it around.
The problem here though is the Days brass is planning to elevate Chad into the EJ shoes now that JS is soon departing. And to drop a newcomer into those circumstances is asking a lot and perhaps somewhat unfair.fill those very big and important shoes that worries me. The show did such a good job of finding James Scott to be Stefano’s next-in-line several years ago, so I don’t know why they wouldn’t get someone with better acting skills to fill the roll of Chad. With EJ soon gone and Stefano rarely seen, Chad is going to be front and center for the next few years anyway I would imagine. We could be wrong, though, I guess. The actor playing JJ had no experience when he came on the show, and he has turned out to be great in my opinion. I thought he was really good in his scene with Paige outside the pub yesterday.
more time before forming an opinion of their acting abilities. I have done this over and over with so many of them. I think Brady (Kyle) was the worst. I had no use for him at all, thought his acting stunk, didn’t like his looks or anything about him. Then when they turned him around, I loved him. So, guess I’ll have to hold off on Chad.
BTW, I liked Aiden right away.
Like they did with Ben. Although that was only a slight improvement.
his two front crooked teeth bother me, and I can’t see this Chad, Will and Sonny being pals. He seems all out of sorts, it’s just not the Chad we knew.
it’s like Days has given up on writing and casting and biding their time until they are cancelled.
