I believe someone on the main board predicted they’d end up together. Looks like they’re going to have a big kiss at Christmas. I’m sure they’ll get together, then stupid Eric will come back from Boston and see this or he’ll come back and forgive Nicole only to find out she’s with Brady again. Then Kristin comes back and we have a very awkward love rectangle.
Honestly, the way Eric has treated Nicole after the baby Mickey "you’re the father" reveal, and the way Nicole is begging Eric for forgiveness, I’m beginning to think she’d be better off with Brady. There’s so much baggage between Eric and Nicole, as they both threw at each other this week, I don’t believe they can ever get over it. Eric brings up the $5 million she took from Kate to leave him and go to Lucas. This happened ages ago. Nicole reminds him about killing Daniel and how she forgave him. She’s insecure in their relationship and he doesn’t trust her. Time for both of them to move on.
That’s why I liked Nicole and Daniel. She was secure with him. He didn’t throw her last in her face every 5 minutes. Eric is bitter all the time and he’s like that with everyone. I can’t even believe he was ever a priest. He never forgives. He holds grudges. And honestly, how can you blame Nicole for being insecure? Eric changes between women like people change underwear. He does this with Nicole, Jennifer, Sarah, and it’s tiring and boring, not to mention predictable. And he would have left Nicole for Sarah. It’s pretty obvious.
