With what Li was telling Marlena of how he wants to move past his obsession with Gabi & that he is willing to put in the work to put Gabi behind him, what better way to do that is to give his shares to EJ, instead of having Gabi & Stefan trying to get them from him, so the question that I have is why put it motion of Gabi’s plans to get Li’s shares, given that with his animosity that he wants to move past, it’s quite unlikely that he would allow Gabi & Stefan to win by giving those shares to the both of them, now would he?
I can’t understand all of the scheming between Gabi and Stefan. It is so boring. We all know Gabi is a gone girl next month, why torture us with these ridiculous storylines. And seriously, why would Li ever trust or help Gabi.
My point exactly with it brought up as to he would trust or help Gabi, what makes Gabi & Stefan think that they would get Li’s shares, given as to how Gabi treated him as shit, when he can bury GabFan’s plans to oust EJ from his family business, given that Li’s shares can bury GabFan?
I agree, the Gabi Stefan love story has turned into ridiculous scheming to get control of DiMera. It’s time for Gabi to go and Stefan can go with her. I hope they don’t kill her off though so she can be recast in the future with a meaty story. Li is better off without her now.
What makes you think that Gabi won’t be killed off, given the suspects they have been playing up, i.e. Brady, Kristen, & then I can’t see a recast for Gabi, given as to how they murdered Will off because Guy Wilson wasn’t Chandler Massey, so you tell me would they go there to recast Gabi, kill her off because she’s not Camila Banus?
@doolfan, there was a casting call put out a few months ago for a Latina actress who fit the description of Gabi. I don’t think she’ll die. I think she’s going to be accused of murdering Li Shin and she’ll go on the run.
The story at hand is for Li Shin getting over his obsession with Gabi, putting her behind him, moving on from her, would seem highly unlikely that he would accept a call from her, that he would be willing to ignore, now would he? I can see that a recast can work, meaning, that he believes he’s seeing Gabi, bringing out his obsession & acting out on it by killing her to create the illusion of him being falsely accused for it, so he would be blackmailed to give his shares to Stefan, but how would that work, when it opens it up to prove that he’s falsely accused, therefore, his shares would be given back to him, therefore, ousting Stefan, now wouldn’t it, then this with the illusion of Gabi’s death would backfire on Stefan once it comes out that he & Gabi set it up to get the shares & how does that work if they are planning on killing Li, especially of how it would effect Marlena, when she saw that he was willing to put Gabi behind him, therefore, she would blame herself because she knew as to what Gabi & Stefan had done by using her granddaughter as a weapon. So is this a wise move to have Gabi & Stefan to do this to Gabi’s daughter’s great-grandmother just to usher Banus out?
