With how John had brought up as to how Timothy Robichaux tried to kill him, & that Timothy was also the one that tried to brainwash Paul Narita, even though it wasn’t brought up at all, that it’s a wise move to have DVD to be Timothy Robichaux. Given that it opens it up as to who was the one that tried to brainwash Paul, if this Timothy, played by DVD isn’t the one who did that. So the question that I have is who’s the one that tried to do that to Paul if DVD’s Timothy isn’t the one that Tobin Bell had played, remember, John did bring up the name Yo Ling, now didn’t he?
I’m thinking Yo Ling, was this Bell character that John had dog tags for. It looks like he switched his dog tags with John’s dad (DVD) at some time in the war when Robichaux was injured.
I can’t see that the injured party in the Korean War was Robichaux, & was left there. Because the DVD character wouldn’t have left the injured party, now would he? The injured party would have to be the DVD character & the one that tended to him was Yo Ling, that would explain as to why he left, showing that he hid in the forestry of Korea & adopted the name of Yo Ling & then show up in Salem, to brainwash Paul Narita, Van Dyke’s character would never have done that, not with how he was emotional & got to embrace his son, would hardly have him try to do that to his own Japanese born grand-son, now would he? So I think that the tags that were returned to DVD, was the Joe Bell tags that Robichaux had given him, remember, the head of the VA Hospital that John & Steve was at called him Joe Bell, indicating that Robichaux gave the Joe Bell tags to Van Dyke, remember the head of VA Hospital had given John & Steve the tags. Right?
You’ve misunderstood me. DVD is Robichaux. He was the injured person in the war scene. Bell (Yo Ling) saw that DVD was injured, switched dog tags with him and hoped that he would end up dying. I’m guessing Robichaux, was badly injured. Bell didn’t count on him surviving. The real story is that Robichaux must have had memory loss from the get go. If they told him his name was Bell, wouldn’t they have notified Bell’s family that he had been injured, but survived and was suffering from memory loss? There are a lot of holes in this story, but I will go with it because I’d rather have DVK as John’s dad, than that evil Yo Ling.
It’s DVD as John’s dad. But the main question is who did Tobin Bell play when he brainwashed Paul Narita to be an assassin. That was played up when Rafe’s entire family was on, one of them being his mother who tended to Gabi & her granddaughter Ari during the virus epidemic & when a Brazilian entertainer by the name of Xuxa had played a love interest for Rafe at the time, she had a sisterhood with Rafe’s mom during this storyline.
