Hope/Rafe

…warm and fuzzy about it – they’re both too wonderful to be alone…but he sure makes his way thru that family…Sami, Carrie, Hope…it was a pretty good kiss…"hope" she doesn’t wuss out on it!

 on other boards hate the pairing of Rafe and Hope.  I absolutely adore them.  However, that being said, I don’t see a HEA for them, for a while yet anyway.  I think Hope’s going to feel at some point that she doesn’t deserve to be happy, let alone in love.  She has so many conflicts in her life right now to believe she genuinely deserves to be happy with Rafe, and what’s coming down the road should only add more to her pulling herself away from a man she seems to really believe she could find love with again.  Between what she experienced with Aiden, believing she did find true love again, then Bo’s return, then his death, then the murder of Stefano, now combined with Andre’s threats from jail, and her mystery caller, all piled on top of Ciara’s problems ….. I feel she will pull herself out of the happily ever-after mode she seems to be experiencing with Rafe right now, and that’s too bad.  Maybe she needs some serious therapy before she can believe in finding true love once again.

yet, but I don’t know why. I certainly don’t hate them, together or separate. Part of me thinks it’s icky she is with her nieces ex-husband. But then I think of all the other icky relationships this show has and it’s not so out of the ordinary.

I can’t quite figure out what it is, but they’re "just okay" to me.
