When Harris had reunited Kate & Roman with Lucas. Harris put it out there that Lucas will be going back to prison to serve the rest of his sentence, when with what he had done was 3 to 2 years ago, wouldn’t you think that’s too long, that’s one thing & the other is how exactly will Lucas be safe from Clyde & his hired goons who may be anyone in prison, wouldn’t you think that Lucas would have to be on the outside for his story involving Marin? So why did Harris put it out there that Lucas will be going back to prison to finish his sentence?
I’m betting once this storyline is finished, Lucas’s sentence will be commuted and he’ll be out. I don’t see how what Lucas did to Sami is any worse than the things Kristin, Gwen, and Ava have done and they’re all on the loose.
When Kate and Harris visited Lucas in the prison infirmary Harris said that although Lucas provided valuable info it didn’t get them the result they needed. Therefore he wasn’t eligible to be released. I think Harris was just sticking with that statement but was able to at least convince the powers that be to release Lucas for a short time since he was in danger in the prison. As this story progresses I think Lucas will be released.
