Hans’ wife, Amy, just posted this on Facebook:
Crazy, scary medical stuff happening here. Hans’ biopsy of an infection in his right lung is showing a new deadly bacteria. Plus, he still has an active brain infection. MD Anderson in Houston is putting together a kickass med team right now, we fly out soon & surgery will be Friday. Prayers & good thoughts if you got ’em…we will surely appreciate each and every one. I’ll update here as we go.
