I posted this elsewhere but it was buried in another thread. Now DaysCafe has a little spoiler regarding this. There was a video posted the other day, I forget where I saw it, by some actor who is playing a reporter in an episode sometime in late September, I believe. He showed a picture of a page of his script which has EJ surrounded by reporters asking him if it is difficult to run for mayor against his brother in law. One of the reporters has a british accent and EJ laughs and tells him he likes his accent.
MAYOR? REALLY? think this is for real or just some DiMera fantasy?
Could this be some new way for EJ to try and redeem himself and become legitimate? Maybe to get his kids back or Taylor. I know Taylor is probably going but maybe for the kids then.
I found it quite intriguing in today’s episode (I think I’m a day ahead of most people so **SPOILER ALERT**) to see EJ admit that he’s not what’s good for his kids and give up custody to Sami. This sad, neverending tug-o-war over the kids needs to stop. It’s just not fun to watch anymore. There has to be other sl’s out there! I would love to see another side to EJ, see his focus go elsewhere for a bit. His and Ari Zucker’s scenes today were brilliant, they play so beautifully off of each other that I can’t help but hope that it’s not the end for them.
