Anyone watch? The montage for DOOL was great – such wonderful memories (so many good storylines – good ole Days… PUN INTENDED!!!)
So happy Sonny won – but so disapointed that Sami lost
And yay – DOOL tied for best soap (dunno how with these awful stories – but hurray for the win LOL.)The show as a whole was "meh" and Tyra was an awful host – but I guess you can’t look a gift horse in the mouth huh?
Oh and the speech Y&R gave at the end – about soaps standing toe to toe. VERY SWEET!!!
I had a feeling Banks would be somewhat of a disaster because she promised to “shake it up.” She may be great on the runway and as host of her Top Model show but host she is not.
Interesting that when Chandler Massey won he left Days and now Freddie headed for the door. I guess the lure of bigger and better is too much to avoid but how many have stumbled off the soap path?
Freddie though, may be an exception because he is so natural and interesting to watch.
I figured Ali would not win but at least at long last a nomination.A host she def was NOT lol…
Freddie did prime time before DOOL too – so who knows – maybe he’ll do bigger things
I sure do miss Chandler though – wish it was Guy leaving and not Freddie (Guy must have had a bad cold – he sounded awful tonight.)I don’t watch GH but my Mom thought Maura West deserved it over Ali for the Emmy. I guess i’ll take her word on it ha ha
I thought some of the dresses were sleazy, too many boobs hanging out. Left a message for Deidre Hall on her page about how classy she was dressed.
